This is a china scam, DO NOT PURCHASE..

Nothing delivered. E mails won't send to their obviously fake address. Scammers who show a 4.5 trustpilot score on their site but no reviews nor the chance to leave a review. Leave well alone.

What ever you do, do not order from this company. They look good but TWO key points: 1) Theuy are NOT leather and 2) They are not made in Italy or Mexico.
They are cheap plastic and - obviously - made in China. So avoid at all costs! I did get a refund, by persistance and legal threats but here is a reply from their "customer support"

"Bro do the following, if you did not refuse the delivery the problem is not ours, however we will refund you to comply with consumer rights, therefore we do not want the return of the shoes, disappear from our emails! Within up to 10 days you should receive the refund from your bank."

This is another illegal Chinese company

They sold me a product with an italian name, from the uk.

It turns out it is all Chinese. Outrageous lies.

This sort of thieving companies are all over the internet.

I am having an impossible task of returning what i brought, which was not as advertised. And of receiving a refund.

They do not reply to my emails. I feel robbed by this Chinese company!!!!!

This company is another illegal Chinese ckmpany professing to ve London based but ripping people off with no punishment by trading standards or by the British law. Don't fall for these scammers!

Do not use !! This is a scam site and shoes are not from UK but China and the customer service is non existent. Won’t ever see shoes in time frame they quote.

Advertised as if the company is located in London.

Dont buy anything from them

Ordered a pair of "real Italian leather" shoes. Received a pair of fake Turkish made plastic cheap shoes. Several emails sent since 3rd January and no reply. Do not trust this Del Boy company.

I wish I could give less than a 1 star rating. This seems like a scam. My order has been in "transit" for 3 weeks. I emailed their so called support service week's ago,Im still awaiting a reply

Bought as Italian leather but Chinese rubbish and certainly not London based!

After receiving the shoes 3 weeks after ordering the are the cheapest chinese rubbish ever ...put them right in the bin..no point trying to get refund as they don't answer

I can only echo the previous comments.
Shoes were too small, nobody responds despite 4 emails, requesting information as to how to return the items.
Avoid them at all costs .
Another business portraying that they are U.K. based but are Chinese.

Feratto UK is a very bad company. They advertise their shoes as real Italian leather, but what you actually receive is cheap Chinese-made footwear. On my pair, the package clearly says “Made in China”, which completely contradicts their marketing.
The quality is poor and absolutely not worth the price. These shoes feel cheap and nothing like genuine Italian leather. This is misleading advertising, plain and simple.
What makes it even worse is their customer service. When I requested a refund, nobody responded at all. No support, no explanation, nothing. Once they take your money, they don’t care.
I do not recommend Feratto UK to anyone. Save your money and avoid this company.

I ordered the shoes on Nov. 26th 2025. I'm still waiting and it's now 27th December, no update has been provided, except that that there has been a 'logistical' issue! I can't get a refund until the delivery takes place. So what if it's never delivered????

Bogus company do not buy anything from them

Shoes are too small,ordered size 10,reckon really 8. Advertised as leather,made of cheap imitation plastic. Not made in Italy,from China. Very very disappointed,do not buy!!!!

I agree with the other two reviews. I ordered two pairs of shoes for my husband , both of which are too small, They say to e-mail them to return them but they do not reply to their e-mail. I am going to try to get a refund by my credit card but they are just not worth the hassle of buying from in the first place.
Also they only have two one star reviews yet the overall score is 2.9. How can this be correct?

THIS IS NOT AN ENGLISH COMPANY, the shoes are sent from China and are very small compared to standard UK sizes, I've asked for a return address and no response, I'll be making a claim via my bank.

Bogus company. Sent wrong size and wont comunicate anything usfull to return. After many attempts have given up.
They claim thousands of trust pilot reviews, but look 0 before me. Seems very normal for corrupt internet companys
