I love the footstool I bought from Fern and Grey, very good service A xxxxxx

I'm happy with the look of the product, everything except the colour. I thought it was extremely misleading when I looked at the photo. The listings said yellow, but it looked very lime green, which is exactly what I wanted, and when it's come it is literally buttercup yellow which is not what I wanted at all, so I'll have to try and change the colour of the fabric to fit my interior.

Ordered a Luna Chair and a cushion from Fern & Grey. Gorgeous products and when I had a mix up with cushion colour this was replaced immediately. Nothing too much bother and would thoroughly recommend!! I wish I had room for the Luna in another colour :-)

We bought a dining table which looked amazing online and looked even better when it arrived. It need a bit of assembly but nothing to taxing. Absolutely love this table and would definitely shop there again

The chair looks great and feels solid. Service was brilliant too - revieved the item within a couple of days.

I found Fern & Grey really accommodating in my request to have my sideboard delivered to Dubai. The level of service was above and beyond, and not many companies would have gone to such trouble. The sideboard is lovely and I cannot thank them enough.

Recently placed my first order with Fern and Grey and had to acknowledge the great service. I originally ordered a different dining table and after checking the measurements realised it was too big. The Fern and Grey team were very accommodating and even helped me find something similar in the correct size. The item arrived and after some simple assembly was up and ready to use. I've always been a bit leary of buying furniture online but fern and grey were awesome ! I brought the meritania cushions and the wade sideboard . The communication from the company was great and the delivery quick . The sideboard was easy to put together and the qaulity of all the items was high . Would order again !

My husband and I recently bought what is a great dining table from here.

Once we agreed a date for delivery for the courier and the item arrived we thought great we can get this put together in a few minutes, with supposedly just a screw driver required.

However, no, we found that the majority of the many holes had not even been drilled and those that had, had not been drilled very well.

We tried to drill the holes using our black and decker drill but the drill was no match for the solid wood and end up getting stuck. After perservering we gave up.

Luckily our joiner was due a few days later to do some work at the house so we asked him to drill and assemble the table for us.

As this was not a case of simple assembly and we had to get someone to help, with additional tools, I am only giving a rating of 3 stars.

Love my new stool. Looks fab in dressing area. Arrived quickly and as described.

Our order came with slight damage but fern & grey were awesome at getting this resolved for us really quickly and I didn't have to chase them up once, which is a rarity these days....custom service as it should be. The sideboard is perfect, exactly what we were looking for stylish and unique. (Your not going to find one of these on the high street) Would have no reservations recommending fern and grey to anyone.
