I found my delivery arrived on time, and in great order. I also found the staff I delt with very helpful. I would also like to thank Fernland for listening to our trouble we had with the last pallet of 60/40 blocks we received. They were terrible, I can say this pallet was great, and I have had no trouble. Thank you again and I look forward to my next order.

nursery levy

I quoted on product, the quote did not show a nursery levy. I raised the order, I sent the order. At no stage did you inform me of a levy charge until the invoice came. Now I have to amend it, wait for approval, and then I can process the invoice, costing me more time, and causing delays in your payment. Very unprofessional.

Definitely will buy more from you

The site is easy to navigate, and after placing the orders they arrive very quickly. My last order arrived in less than 48 hours. Also, when I did have an issue with missing an item, it too arrived within 48hours of contact. Excellent products, excellent service. Thank you!
