Crooks
They are crooks. Purchased their 5in1 mop set. No pole attachment enclosed in box and have been chasing them to send pole from September. No replies to emails,tel no, even went to their premises. Friend also had same problem. Going to report them to the Trading Standards Office and also my credit card company to recover money.

I bought 3 lamps and 1 came broken and…
I bought 3 lamps and 1 came broken and the other 2 were the wrong lamp in the box. This happened in Feb 2023 and they told me they were waiting for stock, Despite messages they have not rectified the situation. there is no telephone number and they hardly answer emails

Both the burner oils and truly beautiful fragrance throughout the house ,and the bath sponges are excellent 👌 different shower experience experience all together, rejuvenating and tingling just fab .
