I placed an order today for a birthday cake , but it wasn't delivered in the message it shows its delivered but when we called to check at the delivery address our relatives told us no nothing was delivered. I tried contacting ferns and petals and they simply said they are looking into the matter. It's just so bad they ruined my cousins birthday it's a big fraud dont order from here.

They really need to look into this matter other wise my dad is a lawyer and we'll have to file a formal compliant.

Asked for my order number by replying to my review about the experience with Fern and Petals. Just to show other viewers that they care,
but in actual didn't receive any email or any redressal for the same.

Always had an amazing experience with FnP whether orderings cushions or plants personalized gifts or flowers!! They are amazing and on time and very professional!

Worst florist shop and I won’t recommend to any of my family and friends. Paid $162 for a flower and guitarist for my sister bday, and they send me a non professional guitarist don’t even know how play song that I requested , how could FNP company sending those people like that , I don’t blame the person but blame FNP telling lies in there website.. I’ll make sure everyone will see in YouTube how bad they send a non professional guitarist they have..

This is a complete useless service and fraud. This is just the second review which am making and I don't want others to be fooled by this team. They will just reply to this message and say that it will be checked but nothing will happen. so it can be ignored. I had created three different orders for Diwali and all three of them were not honored as shown in website. they purchased sweets from cheap stores and in the name of greeting card, a bit note was given. Very crap service, I have used other services like sendgiftstoIndia in past and they were super professional in handling requests. Please refrain from using this crap service and resort to other means.

My order id is 11645165.I have booked Raki to USA on 8th August 2019 through Ferns N Petals Ltd and received false notification that product was delivered even through product
didn't reach the recipient, I dont know how many people they are deceiving daily . Please dont fall into their trap. Because of this
trap I lost money (1000) , time .
Daily I need to call them and they open a ticket and close the ticket without resolution.
if we call they ask us about order and then they make us to wait until we dissconect.

if I could give 0 I would - I had flowers delivered to 2 addresses in delhi - and both times the card was blank instead of with the message that I had written. instead of 12 yellow roses order (# 11342137) - only 10 were delivered - and instead of roses and Asiatic lilies - carnations were delivered. order 1131532801.
wrote to their customer service several times, and sent screenshot etc, however they responded with a standard apology and the usual we look forward to your business reply. pathetic company - will never use them again!
I expected some reimbursement or response about the lack of roses that were sent in the order order 1131532801 but there wasn't - so would not recommend them and have told everyone I know to stop using them!

Though I find their services are good in general(in other cities)
They should retrospect the franchises or the delivery network in Chennai.
Had a Bad experience with the delivery.
@fnp try to get some professionals at customer service. It sucks for sure.
So, with Chennai Ferns and Petals, be aware and have back up plans.

FNP delivered cakes on my mothers and brothers birthday at 9pm in the night.
On the website, they charged 100 INR for delivery without the option of choosing a time slot.
Birthdays are special days, and delivering a cake to old parents at 9pm, when they are asleep, what kind of celebration is that.

Also, same thing happened on my brother's birthday. Delivered cake at 9pm. All surprise was lost, and they had to order another cake earlier for the celebration.

Waste of money, waste of time.

Don't use ferns and petals services.

Seriously bad service .They charge expensive rates. USed there service 3 times. all the time stale flowers. Avoid these guys

Had a wonderful experience with ordering a bouquet to my friend on her birthday. Prompt delivery and service.
