Extremely Dishonest and Irresponsible…

Extremely Dishonest and Irresponsible Company – Beware of Ferraghini Holdings Ltd and Matthew Hakim

I had an extremely distressing and damaging experience with Ferraghini Holdings Ltd and a person named Matthew Hakim.

Matthew Hakim entered into a six-month rental agreement for my Lamborghini LP740 (Reg: K155 HUA) with someone who had stolen my vehicle. He never checked the V5C or verified ownership of the car before signing the contract – something any legitimate company should do without question.

When I discovered my car was missing and contacted him, instead of cooperating, he continued to rent the vehicle out, claiming “a contract had already been signed.” It wasn’t until I filed a police report and the vehicle was seized by the authorities that he finally acknowledged the situation.

However, things became even worse: after the car was confiscated, Mr. Hakim demanded I pay him over £8,000 for so-called “repairs and losses,” none of which I authorised. When I refused, he threatened that he had installed a ghost immobiliser in the car and that unless I paid, the car would never start again.

Over two months later, the police returned the vehicle, but it had been severely damaged, and completely immobilised. The car now needs over £10,000 in repairs. Mr. Hakim refuses to take any responsibility for the damage, the unauthorised use, or the illegal immobilisation.

This company is irresponsible, unethical, and has shown a complete disregard for ownership, law, and basic decency. I am in the process of taking legal action, and I will be attaching full evidence to this review to warn others.

Please avoid this company at all costs. Do not fall victim to the same fraud and abuse. Ferraghini Holdings Ltd must be held accountable.
