Unprofessional.
To get my money out to a wallet I was asked to take a selfie with a handwritten paper. Someone from customer support declined it and I resent it, he said he'll be happy to manually verify it once I send it.
I did, no reply since then, sent a gentle reminder.
Still no reply..
Does it take ages to press verify after looking at an image for 1 min?
Amazing customer service, especially if they're aware your transaction is urgent.
I don't recommend CoinBurp, forget about the 5* reviews.

This is my first experience of bitcoin…
This is my first experience of bitcoin trading and obviously worried about scams, etc but the ID requirements and communication made it an east process.
Would recommend for anyone, whether newcomers or experienced traders.
