Great customer support and the pen I received is a beautiful looking pen that writes with very clear lines. The ink flows well through the nib. I would recommend the bijou fountain pen.

Ferris Wheel offer a fantastic rewards programme. I exchanged them for the wrong value of gift card. Emailed their customer service department explaining my mistake and asking could they cancel the voucher so I could try again.
Within minutes I had a reply, my vouchers were cancelled and I was back shopping using the discounts I wanted!
Can't wait for my ink and pens to arrive!

My order arrived in a simple cardboard box, but the ink packaging itself was truly beautiful. Opening it felt special, with thoughtful design and a very elegant presentation. The ink is lovely, with a rich color and smooth flow in my fountain pen. You can really tell the company cares about the aesthetic and the experience of writing. Overall, I had a positive experience and would order from them again.

I personally love the story behind every ink and pen they create.

The question - what made my experience great? I truly believe the company cares! I received a bottle of shattered ink. There was no saving any drop. It was the easiest customer complaint I have ever done. I reported it, sent a picture, and the issue was resolved. No back and forth, no stress, just quality customer service

Great customer service and beautiful inks, but the packaging could be better. One 10ml bottle arrived broken, and I later noticed the other had a crack on the bottom. Their customer service was excellent and quickly refunded the obviously damaged bottle. I transferred the second one into a new container, so it all worked out in the end.

New review. Guess how those replacement bottles arrived? No proper packing whatsoever just two small glass bottles flying around in a giant box, and of course arrived completely smashed! The customer service representatives are still very kind and quick to respond, so im not rescinding my review of that, but this is ridiculous for something so blatantly incorrect to happen twice. I hope something is actually done about the fulfilment center packing these orders, but something tells me it won't.

Your products are beautiful and magical. I feel happy every time I received my orders. And even when they arrived damaged, reimbursement and support were really efficient. Having shipment guarantee is also a great backup.

The rewards section of the site barely functions. And while I love the whimsy of the site and the product packaging, several of the inks have been a let-down. I also wish that it said on the bottle the color of the ink somewhere, as the little bags and boxes the ink comes in quickly get lost or tossed.
