Scandalous. I’ve never received a payment confirmation, and I received a booking confirmation nearly 2 hours after having paid (booked another ticket directly at the company website cause the trip was same evening). Avoid that portal.

Charge in GBP not Euro
Just booked tickets in Greece and they charged in GBP instead of Euros so ended up 15-20% higher than other sites and the official website. Beware of the currency that they use.

Differences in the final amount may sometimes result from exchange rate fluctuations, bank conversion fees, card provider settings, or additional services selected during the booking process. However, this is always visible before the payment is completed.

We had to cancel our ferry trip due to being unable to fly to Turkey through the Middle East because of the IRAN-US war. The Team helped me cancel the trip and refund me for the ferry trips I couldn't undertake.
