Do not use this company

Do not use this company, they are shocking. Purchased a fan some months back. Requested a refund, paid for postage at cost of £20. Parcel delivered back to China as confirmed by Evri. Festburg would only offer 60% of refund back as they advised parcel was being held by customs....eventually they agreed on 70% which they paid. Once parcel confirmed as released from customs and delivered I asked for remainder of refund...I am still waiting. Shocking unprofessional customer services and can was rubbish...do not believe any of the reviews posted .

It's a Scam

I've bought the air cooling from them believing that was made and created in UK. The product has just arrived. It was been shipped and made in China. The website has been created with AI help, I believe. The inventor and everyone mentioned or showed in their site don't exist. It's a scam. The product sent to me has a different name "Festberg" and it's sold on Amaxon for less than the half of the price I paid.
