Thank you for you order. As indicated on our website, your order must be placed before 11:30 AM to be dispatched the same day. You order having been placed at 12:10 PM it could not be dispatched the same day for delivery the next day in chronorelais.

The item did not arrive on time
The item did not arrive on time. My daughter had to wear it to school so I had to go to their store to buy another one of the same item. I called to enquire about returns (when the one purchased online finally arrived) and though it seems I can return the extra item, the return will have to be at my own expense! Terrible service.
