Fetchapet  Reviews

We couldn't have moved our dog from the UK to Singapore without Fetchapet – they made the admin side of things easy and they took great care of her on the day of the move itself. The communication throughout was superb – highly recommended

Had my cat shipped back to Hong Kong from UK without any issue and stress, Paula was very professional and helpful through out the process. Highly recommended

Initially it felt like a daunting prospect to ship the family's beloved dog Maddie from Scotland to New Zealand but everything worked out really well in the end. Emma + Sally prepared a comprehensive plan which conformed with all aspects of the UK and NZ legislative procedures. So much excitement and cuddles when we collected Maddie from quarantine exactly on the date that Emma and Sally had forecast 6 months before. Outcome = very happy family + dog!!

We have just relocated our 2 greyhounds to Singapore using Fetchapet and it is the best money we have spent! Paula has been fantastic, very knowledgeable and always responsive to emails, so I felt reassured that things would go smoothly. Having an experienced agent has been invaluable in sorting any issues with paperwork etc, and having the peace of mind from their support was priceless. We received photos of the dogs in their airline crates and they looked comfortable and not stressed. When they arrived after their 13 hour flight they were in great condition and seemed surprisingly unbothered after their experience! 100% recommend to use these, in conjunction with Jason's Pet Relocation at the Singapore end, as these 2 agents worked really well together.

Outstanding Service from Fetchapet – Highly Recommended!

We recently used Fetchapet to transport our two beloved dogs from the UK to Thailand, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the team provided exceptional service, ensuring that every detail was handled with the utmost care and professionalism’s special shout out to Paula).

What truly set Fetchapet apart was their constant communication. From the initial consultation to the moment our dogs arrived safely in Thailand, they kept us updated every step of the way. Whether it was flight details, vet requirements, or simply reassuring messages to let us know our dogs were doing well, their responsiveness and dedication gave us complete peace of mind.

The entire process was seamless, and it was clear that the team genuinely cares about the welfare of the animals they transport. Our dogs arrived happy, healthy, and stress-free—thanks to Fetchapet’s meticulous planning and attention to detail.

When it was time to move to Canada, Fetchapet has been the best choice that I ever made for my pet.
My cat is almost 11 and Paula totally understood my worries, sent me detailed plans for shipping.
I appreciate attention and quick responses to all my questions.
Additionally I would like to say big thank you to Nick picked up cat and then send us pictures and messages that she was absolutely fine
I strongly recommend Fetchapet for everyone who loves their pets.
Amazingly 10/10

When moving your furry friends abroad in my opinion Fetchapet are the best
Sally guided us through the whole process and explained every step
When Nick picked up our dog he then sent us pictures and messages telling us how she was doing
Absolutely brilliant 10/10

Very reassuring service, Sally, Nick & team was excellent, really reassured us that our puppy that was travelling to Taiwan would be okay. They collected her from Wales cared for her for the day before her flight completed all paperwork and then safety got her to Taiwan. They did an excellent job, very professional caring and considerate to owners and pets. Would recommend.

I used fetchapet twice for relocating our puppies from UK to Taiwan. Sally is so wonderful and really goes above and beyond to make sure the puppy arrives safely and everyone is comfortable with the plans.

I just finished shipping my 2 dogs from the UK to Dubai with fetchapet and I have to say that Paula and her team were outstanding. It’s a very stressful and daunting experience and I was not looking forward to it. Fetchapet held my hand from start to finish, taking all the stress out of the experience. I was actually in Dubai at the time so they had a lot to coordinate but their attention to detail and their professionalism were outstanding. They literally did everything and made sure I understood things every step of the way. They really cared for the dogs when they were in their care and just made the whole thing less stressful. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and I would thoroughly recommend Fetchapet to look after your fur babies. 10/10 service

We have used Fetchapet twice now for assisting with the transportation of our dog between Bermuda and the UK. Emma and the team are so knowledgeable and reassuring, it makes the whole thing less stressful! They are completely up to date on the paperwork needed for different countries and keep us up to date when the dog is in transit. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

I recently used Fetchapet to transport my 11 CATS from London to Thailand, and they exceeded all expectations. They managed the entire process seamlessly, from paperwork to travel arrangements, keeping me updated every step of the way.
Their professionalism and genuine care for my pet's safety and comfort were exceptional. Upon arrival, my pet was happy and stress-free. I highly recommend Fetchapet for anyone seeking reliable, compassionate pet transport services. Thank you for making this experience worry-free!

Paula and team were very helpful in answering my questions on all the ins and outs that I needed to know prior to Gandalf's flight. There was a slight hiccup when getting the EHC at the initial vet appointment, which we agreed can be avoided with a simple phone call. The Fetchapet team remained very professional about the whole experience and even promptly help to get a last minute appointment with another vet on the same day - their efforts and concern helped eliminate the anxiety I had leading up to the big move!

My Wife and I have relocated to Cyprus with our Cocker Spaniel, FetchaPet made the whole process smooth and easy. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of travelling or relocation with Pets.

Fetchapet are absolutely amazing! We used them to relocate our cats Gloria and Rocco from London to New Zealand and were so impressed. Navigating a move to the other side of the world is challenging and stressful - having a reliable, knowledgable and communicative team like Fetchapet to manage your pet's move is crucial . Sally and the team are an absolute pleasure to deal with, and gave us peace of mind throughout the entire process. The cats were very well cared for and we really appreciated the regular updates- including photos! Can't recommend Fetchapet enough. True professionals and a lovely team.

I used Fetchapet to transport my cat from the UK to Bahrain, and they were brilliant. From the moment I got in touch with them, they made the whole process so much easier and stress-free. They explained everything clearly, helped me with all the paperwork, and kept me updated every step of the way.

They really cared too, It wasn’t just about getting the job done, they made sure she was comfortable, safe, and looked after like she was their own. Knowing she was in such good hands made all the difference.

The journey went smoothly, and my cat arrived happy and healthy, which is all I could’ve asked for. I’m so grateful for the effort they put into making sure everything went perfectly.

If you’re looking for a company to handle your pet’s travel, I can’t recommend Fetchapet enough.

If I could give 10/5 stars if I would!

Transporting your loved pets across countries is a massive decision. From my first enquiry about moving my cat from England to New Zealand, Fetchpet were brilliant. I had many emails and calls with them with lots of queries and every person I spoke with handled it with warmth, patience and lots of knowledge. The logistics of transporting pets is a quagmire and they are experts in this.

Where they came into their own was the level of care they gave my cat. They went above and beyond to ensure he was happy, healthy, comfortable and at ease. I was already in New Zealand and to know my cat was being this well looked after took a huge weight off my shoulders. I will always remember the kindness they showed my cat and by proxy me. I can't recommend Rachel, Sally, Emma and all at Fetchapet enough.

They really love animals and love reuniting them with their owners.

I could not recommend this team enough. I imported a French Bulldog and British shorthair from the UK to Australia. I had requested quotes from a couple of other companies and was instantly rejected as snub nosed dogs were in the too hard basket, not for fetchapet though. Australia having very strict import standards seemed very overwhelming, when I contacted Fetchapet they made everything so seamless. The team is friendly professional and very thorough. They picked up on vet work that they had incorrect dates, which even I didn't notice. My pets were in boarding too and I had regular email updates, they spoke about my pets like they were their own, with so much affection. Fetchapet made our pets move so stress free. Fetchapet are phenomenal.

I contacted Fetchapet, initially comms were with Emma, about a year before my wife and I emigrated to Thailand. I had numerous questions on several occasions, to which I received friendly and knowledgeable answers. When it came to seeing the facilities that Fetchapet have, it put my mind at ease knowing that they were a competent and responsible company who I could trust to look after our cats, Max and Jessie. The crate used was more than adequate and I was reassured they would travel in comfort. Leading up to the travel date, Rachel was very helpful in guiding us through the process. Within a couple of hours of landing in Bangkok, we were reunited with our feline friends. I would highly recommend Fetchapet if you are looking to relocate with pets.
