Diarrhea

I have never taken out Insc. on my pets....this is the first time...everything went well for the first claim ..I just don't understand the decision of a preexisting condition for my dogs diarrhea/ diagnosis of worms worms in my specific case

Outstanding insurance for your pet!

My seven year old very healthy cat suddenly got very ill and had to be hospitalized for four nights. Thankfully we had Fetch Pet Insurance or we don't know what we would have done. The customer service rep I spoke with over chat was so helpful as I had 90 pages of medical records from the hospital stay alone and was not sure how to best upload them. The response time between when I submitted my claim was fast and easy. I could not be happier with this company and the coverage they provide. No need to dispute charges or keep sending more explanations. The funds were quickly deposited into my account within two days of the claim approval. I highly recommend using Fetch!

Adopted shelter kitten, insurance was pointeless

We signed up for coverage after receiving marketing materials and pamphlets at our local shelter. Those were all super misleading, making us believe that we would get coverage for routine/preventative care. That turned out not to be the case and all our claims for vaccines and other routine kitten care (over $600, which we assumed would kick in after our $250 deductible) were denied. That came as a surprise for us, even after reading the fine print! When we called to ask for an explanation of benefits, etc. we were simply advertised to again saying that we needed to opt into an even more expensive plan.

I would NOT recommend this insurance company if you've got an average/healthy pet. Waste of money every month.

I was not sure what pet insurance to get and who I could trust when applying and once I spoke to Karley I felt reassured that making the decision to join Fetch for the best care of my pet and friend, she sealed the deal. Karley is a very valuable employee to Fetch

Excellent Support and Communication

I had a great experience speaking with the agent at Fetch Pet Insurance. They answered all of my questions clearly and kept everything easy to understand. The conversation was smooth, and they took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with the information. It was truly a pleasure talking with them.

Always CallFetch Pet Insurance

Justin at Fetch Pet Insurance was absolutely amazing. He helped me through every aspect of getting pet insurance, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made the entire process a million times better than simply signing up online on my own.

He was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. I highly recommend calling Fetch and asking to speak with Justin directly if you are considering pet insurance.

100/10, no doubt about it.
