Failure To Get Points

I have used app for years and I agree slow point accumulation but has started to have issues with not receiving credit for highest level. They owe me several thousand points and their customer service has become lousy. I took screenshots to prove I reached highest level and didn't receive any points. I'm fed up with countless hours put into to earn $5 but isn't biggest issue. I feel cheated; therefore, I will not be using app in future. It's a waste of time and totally not worth $5-10 earned. I'm done with their bullshit.

Points from restaurant purchases are not worth the hassle!

I am continuing to have issues receiving Fetch points for restaurant purchases. I am scanning the receipts but the points do not credit automatically. Then, I have to reach out to Fetch Support (to get the points). This is really an unneccessary hassle. Please improve your app, Fetch. It sucks!

Run from FETCH!

Run from FETCH!! Originally with Petplan, which was bought by Fetch. We have had our dog insured since 2015 as a puppy. Over the course of 11 years, we have made ZERO CLAIMS!!! Quarterly payments increased from $116...$161...$210...$260...$374... and now $502!!! DO NOT sign with FETCH. They will take your money and then price you out of your plan as your dog ages. Pet Plan gave 30% credits each year if you had no claims. Fetch rewards zero claims with a 94% increase in annual cost!! Honestly criminal.

Beware

They love to accept your receipts then when you claim a reward they suddenly give a deduction on your points with no explanation.

Steal back points that you EARNED!!!!

They took over 42,000 points from me. I protested and they said they made a mistake taking them and said to submit for the gift card again. I submitted for the gift card and now they took over 24,000 of the SAME points they said they shouldn't have taken!!!! They randomly decide how many points to steal from app users. Very untrustworthy company. Be aware that you may spend money on products and play games for points only for them to say you aren't abiding by their rules, even though you are.

An okay app/not very fair app

First I wanna say, I'm sad bc since our Tmobile internet was out all day/night yesterday, I lost my log-in streak for the "current offer" of logging in for so many days, to get extra points. It's not my fault that the Tmobile towers go out so much, I shouldn't have to lose out on extra points due to things out of my control. That goes into saying, secondly, it's hard enough to earn enough points to cash out in a timely manner to purchase things I need due to crappy prices & economy. The one positive thing I can say, is that the few gift cards I've been able to cash out, they've been legit; It just takes so long anymore to be able to cash out a worthy amount. Wes is making bank while I have to spend allll my time hours & days & days, just trying to get $50 in my "bank" for necessities.

This has been going on for months

This has been going on for months! I used FETCH receipt redemption and received 3 separate emails for $50.00 ea. , gift cards. Note, FETCH stated after approval to BLACkHAWK, they wash their hand s for any responsibility of any gift card reward payment?? None! Zero care to customer!!! One was a replacement of $50.00 after Blackhawk admitted it was hacked . After my review on TrustPilot finally recovered one $50.00 card only to have that card and an additional next two cards, total of $100.00 again upon redemption and trying to use the both cards the balance was stolen! The first original instance Blackhawk asked for my driver license and personal information and email info to Texas???? I honestly believe all this and the stealing of my cards is a corruption from inside! I even noticed my contacts on my phone was played with emails was set for a default in a bank in ElSslvadore where Blackhawks agents are located! !!! Dealing with Blackhawk and Fetch is a total nightmare to deal with , even after asking to speak with a U.S. representative manager in the state of Texas the same nonsense and constant lies and again ,nothing gets done! Maybe Fetch and Blackhawk are partners in corruption and the steal !! The bottom line upon using separate cards of $50.00 ea., both had zero balance ! Thank you, Steve C.

I did not receive the points that I should have gotten. I have spent more money in order to get the points that they have listed and then don't end up getting them. Their chat is from a computer so its just a repetitive response.

Fetch is untrustworthy …

They have a pretty consistent pattern of showing points approved when receipts are submitted and then taking points away when you apply to use them-when you question they give you a very generic response with point deductions or redemption denials, often attributed by Fetch to violations of terms of service. They just took away over 36000 points which would mean with an average point reward of 25 over 1400 receipts were suddenly invalid when redemption was requested-they’ve seemed to move towards untrustworthy

You will not get what they say you will.

Bought a bunch of things during their special high points bonuses week called fetchtopia, just to have those points taken away from me after I tried to purchase a gift card. Every single point awarded during that week was removed today. I will never use fetch again. Absolute scammers.

They are scammers and do a lot of false advertising. Every single time I submit a receipt I have to contact support because they do not give points. U can understand if it was an isolated incidents but every single time is unacceptable. Support is nonexistent now and they expect you to chat with an incompetent bot. Fetch Rewareds used to be worthwhile now it's a headache and complete waste of time

Being Rewarded For Doing What I Enjoy!

Fetch is my most favorite App to go to when submitting my receipts for points. There are so many different ways to gain more points beyond just scanning receipts including games, surveys, and much more! I highly recommend this app to anyone who enjoys being rewarded for shopping, giving their opinions, playing games, and of course earning points to redeem for gift cards, cash cards, and more!

Fetch Play is a scam.

I was cheated out of nearly $25 worth of Fetch points through Fetch Play games.

Fetch support claimed that these games were expired, when there was no indication that this was the case, and Fetch support representatives, more than once, manually awarded me points for games in exactly this scenario. I desperately pleaded my case and three different support employees told me there was nothing they could do.

SOME Fetch games I installed displayed an expiration timer. When I completed all of a game's milestones, or when the game's expiration timer elapsed, the game would be labeled accordingly and moved out of my "active" games section into a separate completed/expired list underneath. MOST of the games in my active Fetch games list do not have and have never had a timer. One might reasonably assume a game without an expiration timer will not expire.

Additionally, the Fetch Play games are notoriously buggy with regard to syncing progress and awarding points. More than once I submitted a support ticket when a Fetch game stopped tracking milestones and awarding points. None of these games had expiration timers displayed, at any point in time. In all of these cases a Fetch support representative manually added points, which showed up in my points feed as "Support awarded". Every support representative who assisted me noted that once they have manually awarded points for a game, they would not be able to award any more points for that game. So if one of my games stopped tracking points but appeared to be active, I would continue to play it until I reached the final milestone before contacting Fetch support. Again, historically, this has not been a problem at all.

I don't know why this particular game was a sticking point, but through this support ticket I learned that I had spent dozens -- hundreds? -- of hours playing these terrible games, watching mobile ads, wasting my life for no reason. I can't express how crushing this was.

I am done with Fetch, forever.

Terrible App

Fetch used to be great a few years ago but has really declined over the past 2 years or so. I have been ripped off so many points over the last few months. I gave up the games because I was earning my tasks but wasn't getting the points for them. I had bonus items on my receipts but never got the points for them and now I got 0 points for all of my shopping that I did through Fetch Shop. I have wasted so much time on this stuff for nothing. I figured I'm missing at least 35,000 points over the past 2 months. I'm done! It's such a scam.

Be careful with Fetch Rewards offers

I signed up for Uber Eats through a Fetch offer that promised 25,000 points for placing your first Uber Eats order. After completing my order, I only received 100 points. When I contacted support, Courteney from Fetch claimed I had already made an Uber Eats order before — which is not true — and said they couldn’t do anything about it.

It was really disappointing, and customer service was no help at all.
Be cautious with Fetch offers — you might not get the points they advertise.

I was abused and treated so badly here

I was abused and treated so badly here! They’ve tried to keep me silent but I won’t be!! This company has lawsuits for unsafe workplace, violent behavior and conduct, mishandling of packages and theft by employees that then say they’ve delivered the package but don’t, they get away with it becuase after they take the picture then by policy the packages is in your hands so the drivers take what they want of the packages and if you try to say anything about it your threatened and fired. Don’t work or use them!!!
