I have been using the Fetch app for…

I have been using the Fetch app for several months made a purchase that was supposed to yield 1200 points and did not get the points put in a request For a correction and the points were awarded. Made the same purchase again did not receive the points put in a request for correction and was told that I did not meet the requirements because I had not signed up for Fetch within the Previous 14 days when I asked where that was noted as a rule, I got no response. Made the same purchase again was not issued the points disputed again this time the points were corrected when I then asked them to go back and correct the previous points that weren’t awarded. I was told that now it was out of date so they could not do it. I don’t see this as a benefit of using the app.

It was very difficult to delete my account; then as soon I wrote a review on the (great) Trustpilot, they did delete it, but I received this today:

Fetch often does not give you the…

Fetch often does not give you the points they are supposed to for buying specific products. Its customer service is extremely slow and does not correct their mistakes. It also takes way too long to accumulate points and there’s also the question of what they are doing with all your information and everything you buy. Who are they selling that to and think about the things you’re buying and who gets to see that. I definitely don’t recommend Fetch

Cheaters

I had 55000 points redeemed them for the 50.00 Amazon gift card waited 3 days just to be told I didn’t have enough points and they only refunded me for 30.000 points instead of the full 55.000. Fetch is a joke a complete waste of time

Fetch, the Scam Company

Fetch started of good a few years ago. You could scan receipts and spin a wheel for a good amount of points. The points could be redeemed for gift cards. After a while, content creators started talking about Fetch which caused more users to sign up. Maybe this is why Fetch made it harder to earn points. They took the spin wheel away and added games. The games went from earning points by the minute to having to reach unattainable levels. The games started to freeze and stopped automatically adding points. Fetch support must've been trained to lie and find excuses to not give out points. Upon reading BBB complaints, Reddit, and other sources there are lots of complaints recently. I referred quite a bit of friends and family to download Fetch and they have had issues as well. Some of the issues are Fetch finding excuses to cancel their gift card orders, lying and claiming they're committing fraud and scanning fake receipts, and failing to give points promised via the app. The company needs to be investigated and shut down.

This company is the biggest scam I’ve ever seen. I’m forced into paying $18 a month for them to delay my packages by a day and lose or misplace about half of my packages that are shipped to them. I’ve rerouted all packages I can to other addresses just to avoid the headache. They’ve also lost two packages totaling nearly $400 which they have refused to replace or compensate me for. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

I love Fetch but they just erased 6,000 points. When I bought items through Temu, they gave me 5,000 points for that purchase but took all my existing points away (6,000+). Their email responses clearly show that they don’t understand what my complaint is. There is no other way to contact them!

“Easy” Fetch shop is NOT easy! No points given!!!

There was an invitation on Fetch to order online from CVS through Fetch Shop and earn 60 points per dollar on items (excluding prescriptions). I place my order through Fetch app and was told it would take up to 5 days to receive my points. After 7 days I contacted Fetch and they asked for my order number and the date of my online order. I submitted that. And then 2 days later they wanted screenshots of my online order from CVS. Thank goodness I had taken some!! The “easy” way to earn points through Fetch shop is NOT easy, but frustrating!! I’ll never use Fetch shop again

I love fetch but you have to watch them and sometimes go back and enter products you knew were supposed to get you points. I found I wasn't receiving all my points. Now that I know this, it's been much faster at building my points up and they take just about any reciept the with the least hassle. Thanks Fetch.

Fraudulent company

They deduct high points receipts when you go to cash them claiming they are fraudulent when they are not. They magically approve all my 25 points receipts. No help from customer service when you try to reach out they send an AI response. Horrible fraudulent company they should be shut down

Fetch has been mostly great

Fetch has been mostly great in my experience, with a few glitches along the way.

I have earned numerous gift cards - so I can say that they are legit. The scanning has been hit or miss - depending on if it likes the fonts from the store.

I agree that the gamification of the app has made it LESS appealing to use. I want the spin back for free points. I DON'T want to be installing games to get points. Keep Fetch unique - otherwise, whats the point?

The Superbowl promotion was NOT clear - and certainly had issues. Did not seem genuine at all. "Close game" - I think not. Prerecorded event? Maybe. Didn't help your credibility guys...

Please try to keep this from becoming a waste of time - like some similar apps.

This site has turned into a scam. They don’t pay you. They take your points every time.

I shouldn’t even be giving these jerks to stars. Be warned you guys twice in a row now This has happened. I built up 13,000+ points in order to cash in an a $10 gift card only to be informed on the day. The gift card is due that I’ve broken some rule and all the points were deducted. I wasn’t gonna argue because I’ve heard the arguing with them leads to you getting kicked off so I figured I would just try again and so I worked up and built up the points again and again just today. I was waiting for my gift card and I certainly get a notification that that I broke some rule and that all my points were deducted again. Why would they allow me to continue adding points to my account if they intended to take them.? Don’t trust these guys they’ve been scamming everybody lately they literally sell your information off so they’re making money, but we’re not getting paid for giving them our information. Don’t give them the satisfaction stop giving them your information.

Not like it once was

I loved when you could spin the wheel for additional points. Lately, I am having to go back and forth to get points for qualifying items purchased at stores on the Fetch app. This is my second bad experience and I have 3 more purchases pending that could take 120 days. I used to love this app.
