Always impressed by the quality of the items sold, reasonably priced and of course the service rendered. I would happily say fetters & regulation are probably the best places to buy from in the market they cater for.

Great company...quality products

Fetters have been in this market for decades and are a great company to deal with. A visit to the Warwick showroom is recommended. Some of their products have quite long wait times but that is because they are made to order, and they always quote realistic delivery times.

Really poor service - very slow with delivery, and to respond to emails and didn't seem very bothered with My complaint. One item was ordered in May, and by mid August it still hadn't arrived, so I asked for a refund. I was eventually told it was out of stock, although it does still show on their website as being in stock. It's a shame as I have always been very happy with the quality of the items / equipment that I've had in the past.

Service fine for delivery but didn't reply to email sent separately. Goods great but prices very very high.

Bad communication by the mail and some mails never respons.
Fetters has a lot to do with there communication and respons of there mail and webshop totaly not up to date.

It's such a pleasure for me to find that Fetters have maintained the same high standards as Maurice had when he lived just down the road in Clapham. I often got calls at 8 pm asking me to pop over for a fitting of a new product Maurice was working on. In fact I was the model for the chastity jock and the chastity shorts, and I still possess the prototype of each one, over 30+ years later. Some of my Fetters restraints are approaching 40 years old and not one of them has failed yet. Keep up the good work.

fast shipping and awesome quality of products for the price

Bought the brown paw pup mitts, arrived beautifully crafted as always for Fetters, that deep leather smell that you can resist. They were little snug to begin with but soon warmed to fit perfect. Once my Master had them locked on it left me begging him for more.......

Ordered the jewel pouch with spikes. Lead time is quoted as four weeks and received well within this timeframe.
Well made product, very snug fit and all the more uncomfortable for it.
