My experience at Fettle was really good and just goes to that a bit of genuine friendliness and personal interest is all it takes to get someone like me to write a review because I want to!

Fettle sorted out my squeaky, not very effective brakes in a knowledgable, prompt and not stupidly expensive way. Recommended.

I punctured my electric bike on my way to a yoga class in town . The Bath fettle store put my bike on the rack and replaced my inner tube in double quick time .
So happy I was able to make my class in time with moments to spare.
I just wish I had asked the persons name as he was so helpful and friendly.

Fettle replaced a broken gear cable which had snapped just two days before we were taking the bike on a holiday. Very quickly sorted it out and gave me a lot of helpful advice on oiling the chain and looking out for wear in the drive train.

Excellent service. Seemed genuinely passionate about bikes. Reasonable rates and didn’t seek to max out the bill.

Not only was the manager very knowledgeable about my 1980’s Muddy Fox courier (probably older than he was), but damned good at reconditioning it perfectly without having to replace anything but cables. I will take it for a celebratory ride to Devizes. They were a very professional but fun set up.
