Extremely efficient in what they do. Very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. After phoning in for a bike repair appointment, they very quickly booked me in, ordered the parts and fitted them in great timing. I am.very happy with the work they have done. They are highly knowledgeable and were able to quickly answer any questions I had. I was impressed with the service from start to finish.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful at every stage of the process. The service was efficient and very fairly priced. I very much enjoyed using Fettle and shall have no hesitation in going back again.

Always polite and friendly when you go into the shop, nothing is too much trouble, good to know how much it’ll cost before work starts.
