Fettle 

Terrible company do not use, ordered in March never received the order, waited for response which I did get but still waiting for it to arrive recently cancelled the whole subscription waste of time.

I placed an order on 12th April and haven’t received anything to date. I look forward to hearing from you.

Placed an order on 21/4 money taken out of account on 22/4. Have tried contact by email but it bounces back have tried through their contact us page and keeps saying there is an error. Have looked for phone number but no luck with that either - I would advise don’t purchase from them

Absolute mess of a company - delayed orders, then to find out that they are now admitting that the seaweed powder they sold is just dust, ramblings of a mad man on Instagram and they keep banging on about their new staff kitchen whilst letting customers down. Avoid!

Stay away…..
Have used fettle for about a year and this isn’t the first time they have taken payment but failed to deliver anything.
Then to receive some form of an apology email, but blaming somebody else and totally staying away from their 2-3 day delivery obligation.

And looking at the previous reviews, Fettle are not set up to run a business.

My dogs absolutely love this goat’s milk powder and it’s a product I would happily continue using based on quality alone. Unfortunately, the reliability of the subscription service has been disappointing. My recent renewal payment was taken over a week ago, yet the order has still not been dispatched, which makes it difficult to rely on when purchasing regularly. It’s a shame, because the product itself is excellent, but better stock management and communication would make a huge difference. I also enquired about the ambassador and trade scheme over a month ago, and not received a response to my email other than it would be passed on. Very disappointed.

I have used the goats milk, sea kelp and pumpkin powder for my Westie for the last 18months. They are absolutely brilliant products and have made a massive difference to my dog. I have also recently started using the calming formulation but not used it long enough yet to review it.

There were a few delivery issues last year but the company sent me an email with apologies and kept me updated.

Highly recommend these products, just don’t wait untill you have completely run out before you reorder.

Ordered products 8/3/26 money taken with understanding that delivery is generally within 2-3 working days. 10/3/26 received general email apologising for being behind on orders and that they were transferring to new packing company - fair enough. 19/3/26 received another email saying good news all orders transferred to new packing company and to expect outstanding orders to be shipped by early the week after, I emailed that day just to check my order was being processed as I was starting to run out. On 20/3/26 I received email confirming my order was still being processed. On 27/3/26 I received a confirmation of my order with a different order number - I emailed to check when to expect my order. 31/3/26 received email stating my original order had been lost in transfer, but a new order had been opened for me and that the delay was now due to items being out of stock, offered refund!!! That’s no good as I just want the products 😡 Checked website and there is no mention there of products being out of stock and I could order anything if I was in the mind to pay again. Even more insulting is that I can order the same products on Amazon Prime - free postage with prime membership and next day delivery. Such a shame as up to now I’ve been happy with the products and have recommended fettle to all my friends. Feel very let down 😥

Not received the seaweed teeth cleaner, emailed them but no reply , took the money from my account and not even emailed back with an order number

Terrible company!!
Brought 3 packs on the 18th February, a week later had no dispatch notification. I contacted them to which they said sorry and will sort out. Another week passed and still nothing. I asked for the order to be cancelled which is was cancelled on 2/3/26 and never received my refund. Finally today the 17/3/26 had notification that I will get my refund.

Awful company - products arrived late and made my dog very unwell, I looked into this and now I’ve come to leave a review trustpilor says they’ve been manipulating reviews!!! I’m not surprised after trying their products. Stay clear!!!

Have made an order three times now, as the first two orders were never sent. Re sent the item second time but never came, sent me a gift card the third time to help cover the cost, never sent again, have sent an Instagram message as they never replied to my emails but no reply. First "dog" company ive ever had this problem with, definitely won't buy from again.

I had to put 1 star to write the review otherwise I wouldn't have given any. I ordered the calming powder on the 8th of Feb. It's now 21st Feb and I still haven't received it. I've emailed them 2 days aho and got no response. Keep your money. Awful company

Quick to post and deliver. Only been 1 week on the seaweed powder so can't say I see a particular improvement yet, but the dog certainly eats it over her food no problem. I mix a tsp of the goat milk powder into water and she loves that, will be great to keep her hydrated in warmer months.

Never had a problem with this company every order placed despatched and delivered promptly.
Now trying the gentle calmer on one of our 3 dogs, (2 yr old Doberman)a rescue dog that’s more like valasorapter x delinquent teenager !! Total game changer
He is is a lot calmer and a lot less edgy brain was wired in overdrive he was sooo anxious gobby and sometimes quite aggressive with our other 2 dogs and totally ott with visitors !!
He’s now a lot calmer heck of a lot less anger aggression on show and anxiety levels down to a minimum, A different dog altogether our other 2 dogs another rescued Doberman and staffie also on it and helping them as well after only 14 days a lot calmer household without affecting their individual personalities - I’ll definitely be ordering more

My dog occasionally had really bad stools, the snotty, uncomfortable looking kind. Ever since using the pumpkin powder religiously she has been loads better! It instantly worked and has been absolutely loving the extra flavourings on her dinner! We also bought the seaweed which has improved her build up of plaque, the goats milk and now they joint powder. She tried the joint powder just yesterday which we will review later! But so far, she is thriving on the extra nutrition.

I've had the pleasure of exchanging emails with Joy and she has been incredibly understanding and helpful! My dog has been using 4 of the Fettle products and LOVES his meals daily! He doesn't know all the good stuff that's going into his meal, but his mama does! Thank you, Fettle, for producing some amazing (and tasty for the dog) products! Keep up the great work!

Ordered and not received. AGAIN

Rapid delivery and my dogs sampled the goats milk and absolutely loved it! Complete hit! Adding the pumpkin seed and seaweed to their dinners and no issues at all. Looking forward to seeing any improvements with tummies and stools , only first day but I’m feeling extremely hopeful

Ok until you have a complaint. Did not receive my order have emailed. Fettle on five occasions and I’ve been totally ignored. Evri the delivery company just as bad tried to contact them however they do not recognise the tracking order number. Absolutely diabolical customer service from both companies won’t be getting any more of my money.
