They provided absolutely top-notch consultation before the purchase, expert assistance with technical questions during installation, and a smooth return process for an unused stovepipe part. I would happily do business with them again and warmly recommend their services.

Delivery issue
Hi, the comunication with the company Feuer-Fuchs was perfect, just delivery have serious troubles to dispatch the goods in planed term.
The DHL doesnot comunicate in advance, We must contact them personaly. Where disappeard German accuracy? Difficould to add 5 stars when I have no ordered goods yet :-/
