It was a 10/10! So fun! Great acting , and great hospitality! And the cocktails were delicious! I loved it!

Amazing presentations for each of the stories portrayed. The conclusion to the event as well was very tasteful and respectful towards the victims and their families.

This was a great venue, and a great show. Was the VIP tickets worth the price? Absolutely Not. Very difficult to see the stage, and there was nothing special, except you sat in the worst seats in the house for a view.
Would I go back, yes, would i pay for VIP, no, never again.

The venue was fabulous and the concert top except Gala off course. She is so arrogant and bad...

Bought 3 tickets through Fever to see the exhibit and when we arrived on our scheduled date and time, the virtual glasses were not functioning. The girls said we could leave our names, phone number and ticket number from Fever with them and I would get a call to reschedule. After 2 weeks, still no call. I reached out to Fever and their generic response was I had not paid the extra charge for changes so there was nothing they could do. I cannot find a number for the exhibit anywhere and left a message with Scottsdale Tourism…with no response.
We are still very interested in seeing the exhibit, but fever won’t honor what we were told on our scheduled date.
We did what we were supposed to do, the glasses were not working. We did nothing wrong and have nothing to show for what we purchased.
Very Disappointed

Fever really screwed me. Had to switch ticket dates and my original tickets we $151 with fees and new date ones were $127 with fees and I was fine taking the $24 loss for having to change dates but not only no refund but I got charged an additional $10 on top of not getting the refund, nice Fever.

Very good customer services. I was busy having a mini melt down but they made me feel assured and confident that my query would be resolved which it was in a very efficient manner.

There was more information pertaining to the Titanic than I expected. Well worth the price of the VIP tour.

The team at Fever were able to help us with our request to change the dates for our scheduled show. They were quick in providing a voucher that we could apply to a new date. Thank you!

UPDATE: Updating the review after the escalation team resolved this quickly. They have taken the feedback and hopefully future bookings would enable this feature.
ORIGINAL:
I’m frustrated by how difficult Fever has made a straightforward booking issue.
I already own valid evening parking at Brentford Gate for Christmas at Kew on 30 December 2026. I now want to buy two adult admission tickets for 5pm through the same gate for my elderly parents. The website automatically adds another £15 parking reservation and won’t let me proceed without it.
I’ve explained this to customer service, but the replies have been generic, copy-and-paste responses that don’t address the fact that I already have parking. They either direct me to T&Cs or say that I have to buy a £100 anytime ticket because of flaw in their stupid system.
I’ve spent far too much time trying to find a way to pay for two admission tickets without buying parking twice. I’m disappointed that getting someone to properly review the circumstances has proved so difficult.
Fever, please have your Customer Satisfaction team contact me . I can provide my parking confirmation and existing support reference privately. I want a practical way to purchase the admissions while keeping my existing parking and Brentford Gate entrance.

The details to which this exhibition went were superb. The way all the information was presented and explained was extraordinary.

I attended The Jury Experience on 23 October, and it was amazing! The plot was engaging, and being part of the jury made the experience even more enjoyable.
One thing that could have made it even better would be a twist that would have made it harder to decide whether the defendant was innocent or guilty. I found the public prosecutor’s evidence more convincing than the defence lawyer’s arguments. A little more uncertainty would have made the jury’s decision even more challenging and exciting.

Absolutely fascinating, would highly recommend Bodyworks to anyone.
The exhibition makes you see yourself and your body in a whole new perspective!

Lots of personal human backup helping with safety and directions - greatly appreciated. Quixotic dancers were totally engaged to help create a most effective Halloween experience.
