The event I was trying to book was specifically the Milk and Cookies event, as clearly indicated in the email below and the gift cards I received, which were intended exclusively for this event.
When I attempted to use the gift cards during the booking period yesterday morning, the system repeatedly displayed an error message, preventing me from completing my booking. However, I have now noticed that the app has converted these into ordinary gift cards, which is not what I intended or agreed to.
I am extremely disappointed with this situation. I purchased these gift cards with the specific intention of attending the Milk and Cookies event, and the system's failure prevented me from securing my tickets. I should not be disadvantaged financially because of a technical issue on your platform.
The gift cards are worth R6,000, which is a substantial amount of money. I therefore request that this matter be resolved urgently by either:
Refunding the full R6,000, or
Providing me with tickets to the Milk and Cookies event, as originally intended.
I do not want ordinary gift cards as a substitute for the event-specific gift cards I received.
Please investigate this matter, explain why the gift cards were converted, and advise how you intend to rectify the issue. I would appreciate a prompt resolution, as this situation arose from a technical failure beyond my control.
I look forward to your urgent response and a satisfactory resolution.

Fun experience walking into the…
Fun experience walking into the unknown. We had no idea what to expect and were pleasantly surprised. 2 of the 4 actors, the ones that portrayed the killers, were fantastic! The other 2,although good monologues, were irrelevant to the storyline.

We loved the atmosphere! The actors/staff were great and told a captivating story of Jack the Ripper. The drinks could have been better but that's the only negative. Great time! Hope they do another serial killer speakeasy next Halloween in New Orleans.

It’s really beautiful in the inside. Was able to take good photos with my kids. Your seeing this big giant fish tank but in different views. It’s actually great to see all different kinds and amazing how huge they are. Wish there a bit more activity’s for kids can be able to do.
