DO NOT ORDER from this company.
They advertise on Instagram showing a great picture at affordable pricing... claiming large savings. The pants I ordered were not only way too small for a XXL, but the quality was extremely bad. The fabric looked used, and bad stitching. I found much better quality pants at discount outlet store at 1/2 price Feverway was advertising.

Worst company ever took over 7 months to and still haven't gotten my order, when I asked for a refund, all these losers can say is it's coming, I don't care just want my money back you guys are a bunch of con artists hope you guys go out of business son

Absolute garbage. I wish I saw these other reviews before I ordered. I ordered an XL as my stepson likes baggy hoodies and the item that came wouldn't fit an 8 year friend let alone him. And the quality of the material is unbelievably poor. Looks and feels cheap. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Clothes are/were terrible but unfortunately customer service was worse. Never provided packaging in order for goods to be returned, never got my money back, had to jump through 400 hoops to even get half my money back after posting back all the clothes!
Please do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else.

Bought hoodie , took 2 months to arrive and when it did it was the biggest bag of sh..e I have ever seen. Must have cost 1£ to make They don’t refund and should be looked at by Trading Standards Do NOT buy from these ‘criminals ‘

As per all the other comments this company may have a good looking website but that’s as far as it goes. Slow delivery (months), very poor quality and sizing is all wrong. I was going to get in contact for a refund but judging by other reviews on here I think I’m just going to cut my losses and hope this review stops someone else wasting their money on this company

I'm only giving them 1 star because you can't submit zero! Awful company! Took forever to get the shirt I ordered was WAY too small! They did promptly respond to my emails about status of the delivery, as well as directions on how to return it. I shipped it back almost two months ago and still no refund! I contacted them asking them about the status of my refund and no response! Funny how they were on top of responding to my emails when I was waiting for my package, but now that I am looking for my money back and they have my package I haven't heard a thing back from them! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN, AND I ADVISE YOU NOT TO EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!

I purchased a shirt from this website. Took a very long time to be delivered, even though the item was supposedly coming from California. I think it came from overseas personally. When the shirt arrived, it was EXTREMELY small. I ordered a large, and as others have attested, it fit like a child's size. Unlike others, I did get responses from them via email, and they told me that the shirts are sized by Chinese sizes I believe, not US sizes. When I asked to return the item, they offered me $6 when I paid $35 plus shipping for the item. I declined that offer and shipped it back at my cost. I didnt see a refund, so I contacted them again. They said it takes up to 20-25 days to get a refund. Then when that time passed, I emailed again and this time they said there was an error in the submission and it would be to me in the next 7-10 days. I am at day 7 of that and still no refund. I think I would have liked the shirt had it fit. Not sure if I am going to see that refund.

I purchased a men's zip up hoodie and when I received it the cuff was missing on the left sleeve! I wrote to Feverway customer service and the replied right away asking for a photo of the item. I did that and sent it in and they have never responded since. I have sent 3 follow up emails and nothing. do not do business with Feverway

Its been over a month, my purchase hasn't even shipped yet.
On top of that, I have been reaching out to customer service and have yet to receive a response.
My first attempt was 2 weeks ago- still nothing.
Now im looking at these reviews, and its clear that this website is a scam.

They ship incorrect sizes. I had to send back (using my money) the wrong product to you sent me in the first place; I keep getting ignored with my requests for the product. Now, it's been 2.5 months and at this point I just want my money back.

I'm flagging them with Facebook, because after looking at all the other reviews, they are doing the same to other people. Really are an incompetent company that steals. I hope they go bankrupt.

It’s been 3 weeks since I placed my order and I’ve received nothing but the runaround. First and last time ordering from Feverway!

I’m just going to start by saying this whole thing is a giant scam. I ordered a sweatshirt off the website and it literally took over a month to get to me. I paid over 35 dollars for what was supposed to be a grey sweatshirt. The picture of the sweatshirt looked great on the model they used. Finally my “grey” sweatshirt arrives almost 2 months later. I open the package and it’s not grey but blue. On top of that I tried to put it on and lucky for me that my girlfriend was there with me because she literally had to pull it off me. It was literally a belly shirt. I wear a size medium in all clothes and this was supposed to be a medium however the sweatshirt literally came above my belly button. What kind of scam is this? How is this website still up and running. It should be shut down immediately for false advertisement. I’d give it zero stars if I could. DO NOT ORDER FROM FEVERWAY. GIANT SCAM!

Don't ever buy from this company - they're a scam. Lousy customer service. Nothing fits right - sizes run really small and you can't return anything. It's a joke!!

Takes to long to get the package, ordered for 1,5 months ago and is still not shipped away to Sweden.

Their terrible terrible terrible service is out of this world. I've never, ever come across company with such bad customer service. They are unresponsive. What company waits weeks to process an order? Its been 12 days and I do not have my merchandise. Oh and the bogus email with tracking info is useless. What good is a tracking number if the items remain un-shipped, still. I requested a refund several times and I get nothing but silence. Unfortunately, I have to wait another week before I can put in a dispute with my bank due to non-receipt of merchandise. I DO NOT RECOMMEND you purchase from here, you will be out money for merchandise you will not receive or wait a very long time before you get them. The hassle itself is not worth shopping here.
