Not fun purchasing tickets

I purchased a ticket for a baseball game through FEVO because an organization I belong to was promoting ticket sales and would receive a portion of the proceeds from each ticket sold. Normally, I would simply purchase directly from the box office.

After purchasing the ticket, I received the expected confirmation email containing all the relevant information along with a yellow button labeled “Access Tickets Online.”

When I clicked the button, I was directed to a sign-in page displaying the Major League Baseball logo, but there was no clear MLB text identifier or explanation that an MLB account would be required. The email address field was already populated with my address, so naturally I clicked “Continue.” I was then prompted for a password that, as far as I knew, did not exist.
The system instructed me to click “Forgot Password?” in order to receive an access code by email. I attempted this multiple times and never received anything.

Fortunately, the ticket office staff at the stadium were excellent. They were able to confirm my purchase from the original email and issue my ticket without difficulty. Unfortunately, I received no meaningful help from FEVO itself. By the time the issue was resolved, I had already missed three innings of the game.

I also found another aspect of the purchasing process questionable. The previous evening, I attempted to buy a ticket and was warned that only two tickets remained. However, when I tried to purchase one of them, I was informed that I would need to buy both tickets because it supposedly was not acceptable to leave a single seat unsold. I declined and backed out of the purchase. Strangely, the following night there were suddenly 14 tickets available.

I am not seeking compensation. I simply want other potential buyers to be aware of the kind of experience they may encounter when purchasing tickets through FEVO. Buyer beware.

Great Customer Support and FREE tickets

As an older parent of two good readers from our local elementary school, I redeemed their two free Captains tickets and bought two for a day at the stadium through FEVO for our whole family- only because of my lack of internet Savy, I accidentally purchased the first two in a different row than the next two. One call to customer support at FEVO straightened out our seats in less than a day! We now have four tickets (still two were free through the school reading program reward) all together! Thank you big time FEVO for your quick response on a weekend. We will have a great mini vacation as a result.

Gulls hockey tickets

They sold a two pack of tickets through Costco. They alleged that the last four games of the goals game are sold out when the actual venue is selling tickets in the same section and there are literally hundreds of empty seats in that section yet they alleged that it is sold out because of the limited amount of inventory that they bought to each game. This is a completely fraudulent company. I wouldn’t recommend anybody ever use them. They are just short of two bit con artist.

I purchased Mets ticket vouchers…

I purchased Mets ticket vouchers through Costco (via FEVO) with the intention of taking my 82-year-old disabled aunt, a lifelong Mets fan, and my two sons to a game together. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of discriminatory and infuriating.
There was no way to check seating availability before buying the vouchers. When I tried to redeem the vouchers, the system had no option to request ADA seats, and I was denied access to visible accessible seats on the MLB site (Section 110, Row 32-WC, Seats 15–18).
FEVO’s customer support told me the seats I wanted were unavailable. The agent told me to redeem the voucher for a game I wanted to go to and he would swap them for ADA seats, only to later tell me they couldn't. I was offered a “solution” to sit separately from my disabled aunt. go to the stadium on game day and “see if anything is available.” That is not a plan, especially for someone with mobility issues.
I was also told that accessible seats were limited because “the team is winning.” Is that a reason to deny ADA accommodations? It's not just unacceptable—it's discriminatory.
I called the Mets’ ticket office, which was even less helpful. I was told to go to the stadium on game day and “see if anything is available.” That is not a plan, especially for someone with mobility issues. I was also told that accessible seats were limited because “the team is winning.” Is that a reason to deny ADA accommodations? It's not just unacceptable—it's discriminatory. The agent also said I could exchange my four seats for a $1 to $5 credit per ticket and purchase new ones at full price. Why sell vouchers to families with no clear way to ensure seating together or accessibility?
FEVO refused to refund the vouchers despite being unable to accommodate basic accessibility needs. This entire process has been a waste of time, energy, and money, and a heartbreaking experience for someone who simply wanted to take her disabled aunt to a game.
The Met’s ticketing office was dismissive and unhelpful. I do NOT recommend using FEVO if you require accessible seating. This process clearly lacks ADA consideration, transparency, or compassion.

NEVER GOT MY TICKETS!

I just bought tickets for The Roots Picnic; I have not received my tickets and I am headed to the event and will likely have to buy tickets AGAIN because there is no WILL CALL. Everything is digital. Fevo sends a response saying they sent the tickets, which is false.
So, at this point, I'll need a refund.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!!!

A scam of a company

A scam of a company! They have never refunded me for the match that got cancelled. I wrote to the CEO Air Daie, but he didn't reply either.

Plus, fees they impose are ridiculous.

CAUTION

CAUTION: I Tried ordering Red Wings tickets. No receipt or confirmation received, but my $390 was readily accepted. 4 tries trying to reach their customer service before I got more questions than answers. SAD, sad place to do business :-(

Poor customer service

No number to contact and because the company is based in the US, (and I am in the UK) which means you have an extra wait time for a response to an email. I had tickets for Abba Voyage in the UK but flight was cancelled due to Storm Eowyn. Flight has been rescheduled so asked if could move the tickets to another night. I was told no, you have to give 72 hours notice which is pretty impossible with the weather! This was a birthday present for my Mums 60th so now we are £200 out of pocket and Mum hasn't been able to enjoy the experience. Really disappointing service and would advise anyone to stay clear of using Fevo to buy tickets.

Fevo is so terrible.

Fevo is so terrible.
By 2023 was fine.
But, starting 2024, there is no day-game
And many restrictions.

I bought 2-79.99 tickets at 200 box seats.
I could not use those.

Terrible.

Do not buy any MBL tickets at Costco.
Those tickets are junk.

No refundable No exchange at all.
