Their Terms of Service never mention confiscating customer funds, yet they still withheld my coins. After reading other reports, I realized many users have faced the same. This looks like a selective scam — most orders are processed to build trust, but some users’ funds are taken without any justification. Avoid this service.

FixedFloat violate its own rules. In affiliate program terms on FixedFloat website "In order to withdraw funds, the Affiliate must make a request in the Withdrawal Profile, which must be accepted and approved by FixedFloat within 3 days."
But I already wait my payout since 5 September, also affiliate program email ignore me already 5 days, I sent them all info how I shared my affiliate link, but no answer from them and they continue to ignore me for 5 days and don't make any payouts to me. Support of FixedFloat can't help and answer that I need write to email , but email give me no response

I used the platform twice and everything worked fine, even their support answer me very quickly.

I've been using FixedFloat since I found out about it. The fastest site there is to swap cryptocurrency and their fee is the lowest too usually.

Paying the same thing twice, and both times I scan it with the amount it requires, and it says "amount sent too low, refunding"... and you lose 3€ per transaction.

Contacted support, kept getting "refund is possible".

Edit due to reply: I did contact the support as I said in the last line and the support ignored my message and kept saying "a refund is an available option"
