NEVER EVER use this online shop!!!

This is a scam online shop company. They forced people to join the membership without choice once you first purchase products.

Even though they said it is 14 days free trial and then they will start charging 139 kr per month. They don’t send any email to confirm this and remind you. Most people have no eyes on this and not stopping the membership.

Their phone number never worked. You cannot log out from your account and delete your personal information. Then it became a very expensive products. There are many people with same bad experience. NEVER USE this company.

We have bought a small package worth around 200 kr. In order to shop, the company forces you to sign up for a membership for 139 kr. per month with no benefits and no e-mails about this membership whatsoever.

One can argue that it is our fault to have paid for 10 months 139 kr. each month. This company has been a very expensive experience.

You cannot remove the credit card used for the membership on the webshop. Now we need to block our credit card.

We cannot recommend shopping here.

Initially, I was not properly informed of the whereabouts of my order. they, unfortunately, lack customer service and retention knowledge BUT I sure did get my item quick enough and at a great price. Will try it again and recommend it.

Some of their "minions", that have written reviews here, falsely claim that it is clearly stated that there is a subscription 139 kr/month with every purchase. And this is almost true. It is stated in the shopping card that there is a subscription. What they don't say is that Fialipo presents it in a way that the eye focuses on the discount they offer, the personal information that the customer has to fill in and NOT on the membership. But, how can a person miss an important information like this? Very simple: When a customer makes an online purchase they check the amount that they need to pay, their personal information, delivery time if provided and then they make the purchase. There is no subscription involved unless the purchase IS for a subscription package so the whole process is clear. The fact that there is no specific option for the membership makes it questionable. And even when you give your consent the sentence has two parts: Jeg accepterer handels & medlemsbetingelserne, samt at jeg er minimum 18 år. "Medlemsbetingelserne" is in the middle of the sentence for a reason. These people know how customers buy online, what they see and what not and they make money out of it. On top of that, the fact that you can't speak with someone on the phone and that they don't cancel an order even if you send them their form filled out as they want and within 14 days, it makes it a big time SCAM.

Update: I just received an email from them informing me that they can't cancel my order because it has already been shipped...although I cancelled a day before they shipped my order...

Spam! They took my money and I never got my products!!!

I was Always curious, how attentive people can be, when they see a good deal? When you go to this web site, you see on each step of order that in order to get this particular Price, you have to confirm the membership, and costs 132 sek, or smth like that. But you can Always cancel your membership. First month is free. I have had One case with Them, were they should high level of trust and Good relationship to me, as a customer. I have got wrong colour of foundation, and as soon as I reported about that - they have sent My money back. Without any questions. Also wanted to say that My ordered was delievered by DHL to my door in two days after ordering. Guys, be more attentive and remeber that free cheese is only in a mouse trap ;)

Unbelievable, I bought a product for 200dkk and got charged for a membership... Why is this scam even legal nowadays?

Be careful! You buy an item. They make you a member automatically and give you 14 days membership for free so you do not notice what is coming. After that you start paying 139 sek per month. In my view that is bad faith and should be prohibited!!

I dont know what the hell is 139 kronor every mounth fialipo can you pls say what is that and can I remove that.Because I dont want to pay that every mounth i just want to pay that what I take

After ordering some baby gear from them I noticed the bad reviews here and I started getting worried.

But my experience was only positive. The order was shipped quickly, with no problems whatsoever (and the prices were quite cheaper tha in other webshops).

I think it's a bit unfair to give them for the monthly charge, since (at least when I visited the website) this was CLEARLY specified next to the price of the order. And, they give 14 days trial period so you can get out of it before they even charge you.

Wrote to them about my concern and they responded promptly. Got my package on time and everything was as described.

Don NOT buy from here. They hide they are subscribing you up to automatically charge your bank account EVERY month!!!! Phone numbers do not work. SCAM SCAM SCAM AVOID!!!!!!

They don t deserve even 1 star,they just extort you grom 139 without to inform about that,what kind of stupid rule even it is.My advice is to just avoid this website,don t buy enything even if you think they have a good price.In the end you will pay more that in other store s,like me.
