I’ve had Gfiber for a couple years and it’s been great. I largely work remote and have never had issues with my audio/visual for videos.
Ashton and Silas have also been great reps in my area in Nashville!

Poor experience again
We have tried twice now, but have the same disappointing results this time as well. Missed appointments, crews who promise one thing and then supervisors who override those promises because they don't want to bear the expense to install lines correctly. It really comes down to a lack of care.

Google fiber has always had phenomenal service since I’ve gotten Fiber, one of the best internet services with no limits and the only thing they have ever changed on me was more speed for the same price! Khale and Mohammad were great here.

I would leave a zero if I could. Their customer service is awful. Their inability to resolve problems in a timely manner. Their customer service is rude and extremely unprofessional and unhelpful! There software issues caused major disruption in my business and shut me down during a very busy time. Extremely frustrating and unnecessary as they knew they had ip address issues and wait for customers to faced issues versus being proactive and ensuring their software is working properly! BS company

Great service so far
Great service so far. They brought me an extra router for free when I needed to spread the signal across my house. They also brought food to my lobby! Jada & Jose are fantastic representatives!
