Truly excellent service
I signed up for Fibre Heroes via Be Fibre.
The installation date was quickly arranged (within 3 weeks) and the whole process was well communicated throughout.
On the installation day, Danny and Umar attended my property to connect my property to Fibre Heroes' network. They worked incredibly hard to ensure the cables were routed and hidden as requested. They went above and beyond, as it wasn't an easy task.
They were highly competent and very pleasant to deal with.
Once connected, the service was running at slightly above the expected speed.
So far, my experience has been great. It doesn't get any better than this.

Quick professional install by Wayne Brooke’s and colleague. Wayne was happy to accommodate a bit of extra work to route the fibre cable via the garage, which allowed the NTE to be mounted in the perfect location. Would recommend.

Not the experience I was hoping for
Disappointed to say I’m not having a great experience. All seemed to be going ok. I got a date for fibre to be installed to my house. The day before an engineer turned up to survey, said the fibre was active but would need to come over the road on existing poles. I waited the next day for the install. Nothing at 4pm I contacted the ISP who phoned the installer to find the job had been cancelled as it was a 2 man job. I’ve been chasing the ISP for over a week for a new install date and nothing. At first they were very helpful saying they would chase the install and now they won’t return my emails or calls. So all in all it’s been a disappointing experience so far.
If you are happy to wait 18 months.....
So far it's been nothing but slow to install...its still not installed..nowhere near..since Oct 21 to now there is still no fibre available even when being advised that testing is underway. How can you test if you have not finished building?
Now I have been advised that nothing will be happening until January because the council won't let you dig the road up.. an absolute joke. Screwed up planning and slow contractors being paid by the day..so far behind on build Virgin media have snuck up and nearly installed their entire network in the area in less than 12 weeks..fibre heroes taking 12 months and still not finished... I really wonder how fast the connection will be after this disaster of a build.
After a rocky start with my new service…
After a rocky start with my new service provider and multiple problems getting connected to full fibre, FibreHeros literally sent a hero to fix my connection. It's taken a month with faults such as blocked ducting that needed replacing, broken optical lines where I have had to contact my ISP every day to chase updates. In the end I got in contact directly with FibreHeros/FullFibre.co and after a week a engineer got in touch with me directly. He visited the property, identified the unknown fault of a bad splice that had cause all the mishap and repaired it the next morning! He kept me up to date and took personal responsibility to get the job done. These 5 stars go to Matty the engineer. A true hero.

Getting home after work only to have your driveway completely blocked by fast fiber installers when all the other driveways on the road have been left clear!!!! Is this some vendetta? I can't even complain privately on your website because its down....what's up? Problems with your Internet?
Oh, and your worker spitting on my doormat? Nice touch...guessing he didn't notice the ring door am did he!

Jack has been incredibly helpful and his customer service has been the best I have seen. We initially contacted him with a concern, he put that to bed quickly, resolved the problem and has since been nothing but helpful keeping track of our order the entire way through. Very pleased with the service and I don't leave reviews normally
