Lloyd was extremely helpful, friendly and patient when helping me with my router issues. He was clear and concise with his instructions he gave me, and managed to sort my issue out over the phone which I am extremely grateful for. I would highly recommend calling Fibrely if you have any issues they are very kind and well mannered and will sort your problems out in no time!

Called after our wifi broke on Friday and an engineer was sent out Monday (not the fault of Fibrely, it was Open Reach who didn’t have available engineers over the weekend). I called again today after the engineer came out to fix the issue as the wifi router then also had some issues. Managed to speak to a human straight away, and Mark was extremely helpful with every step of the process of getting it fixed. He walked me through each stage, was clear in his explanations and didn’t rush me. Even the engineer commented on how good the customer service was! Mark also managed to get us some account credit for the days we were without internet. Very pleased with the friendly and efficient customer service. Thank you!

Matthew was great. I had been without internet for 24h called first thing in the morning and got put through the trouble shooting person to help. Matthew sorted the whole thing in less than 10 min. And even helped me create a separate guest WiFi.

Absolutely disastrous. Two weeks since ordering and a week since installation and we are still without WiFi. Impossible to get a straight answer, blame keeps getting passed off to Openreach which I see is a recurring theme in this thread. Have called and contacted and cannot get proper help and service for love nor money, just 'we don't know when it will happen but it will happen". Keep getting told we will get a 'bill credit' of an unspecified amount as recompense for this absolute shambles. We both work in healthcare and have to somehow find ways to be at home for an entire half day for an engineer to show up - if they do show up! Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Unfortunately, our broadband is extremely slow. Although they've tried to improve the speed, it can't be achieved. As a gesture of goodwill, Andre managed to organise a couple of months credit as compensation

I had my WiFi giving nowhere near to what I was paying for, called up and got through to a South African chap called Matthew in just a minute or two. Very helpful and doubled the speed I was getting.
