This is a terrible company

This is a terrible company. The owner and his team are awful people. Never order anything from them. This person and their company are truly, truly terrible.

Took all the details & full Payment.. Totally Incompetent

Took all the details & full Payment, told us it would be 7 to 10 days ( work days) due to two weekends and a Bridge-day Mon/tue off work I waited 16 days... still no answer or contact from them...
Eventually go hold of them & they had "Dropped the ball" ??? didn't know anything about my request... eventually found the order via PayPal info.... very apologetic... they would do it stright away, give them two days....
Three days latter and no contact, eventually got hold of them and they said it would take 7 to 10 days again ???
After 14 days we got hold of them again... over 6 weeks from start date, just to be told they are going on holidays and better to have a refund and try somewhere else ?

Answer to response... I see you have deleted all the Whatsapp messages BUT I screen-shot all of them before you could delete them & I have the PayPal payment details INC your Co Name...
If you didn't know about this after we paid and waited 6 weeks plus received your apologies ?
then you are really incompetent as a Co
