My Experience with Dr. Barış ÇİN and Fidel Clinic
I underwent extensive body contouring surgery with Dr. Barış ÇİN at Fidel Clinic on 15 September 2025.
Unfortunately, I experienced significant postoperative complications, including extensive scar tissue, persistent contour deformities, residual fat deposits despite liposuction, and deformities of the nipple-areola complex. These findings were subsequently documented by an independent specialist and ultimately required extensive reconstructive surgery.
What has been even more disappointing than the medical outcome is the complete lack of communication afterwards. On 13 April 2026, I submitted a formal claim together with operative reports, an independent medical assessment and photographic documentation. After receiving no response, I sent a reminder on 14 May 2026. To date, I have not received any acknowledgement or substantive reply.
Regardless of the medical aspects, I expect a clinic and its liability insurer to respond professionally when a patient presents documented concerns and requests a review. Being ignored for months is, in my opinion, unacceptable.
I sincerely hope my experience is an isolated case. However, based on my own experience, I cannot recommend Dr. Barış ÇİN or Fidel Clinic. I hope this review helps prospective patients make an informed decision.
