Came up on pinterest to purchase irresistible healing beds / dog beds for adults and they never came. They said to contact USPS. I did and they said they are a scam. They do send you something. It was a cheap bracelet. Not the beds I paid for. Please beware! If something seems to be to good to be true it usually is. Why would pinterest allow this. I don’t understand.

Then tell your bank a tracking details have been provided it’s a legit deal.
I ordered a human size dogbed but I didn't get it. It cost $50. They charged me twice and sent me a package of manual toothbrushes at random. I didn't order that I didn't want that. Con artists. Now I can't find the company online and my hopes of getting a refund are being dashed. This is as close as I can come to finding customer service! I can't even find the website I was stupid enough to shop from. So I will take my weird random toothbrushes that is definitely not a human dog bed and contact my bank. It can't be legal for companies to do this bc it amounts to stealing! I wish I could take legal action against them I'm so mad!
This company can improve by sending the order I paid for on October 19, 2022. I ordered a large umbrella with lights paid for it they excepted my money but I never got it. Very disappointed and no way to contact them no phone number and the email never goes through. How do I get my order
SCAM! Came up on pinterest as an add to purchase those oversize dog beds for adults and they never came! Back in November 22, paid $49.98 and never received it! Why would pinterest allow this, I Dont Know!!!!
They are a scam! They're sending their angry customers to our store (fideliastore.com) and we have to deal with lot of complaints that are not related to us in any way. They chose their name on purpose in order to mislead people and their customer service email address isn't professional and legit at all! This is so frustrating for real business trying to build a good reputation.
