Carl was extremely helpful. He resolved my issue within minutes of me speaking to him and was able to offer viable alternatives when we encountered issues.
THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WORK HERE AND NONE OF THEM SPEAK WITH ANY KNOWLEDGE OR UNDERSTANDING. THEY KEEP YOU ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR WHILE THEY DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. INVOICES ARE SENT WITHOUT NO SERVICE PROVIDED!! I HAD NO INTERNET FOR OVER A YEAR AND IT WAS ESTABLISHED THAT THE MODEM THEY SENT HAD THE WRONG CONFIGURATION. WHEN ASKED FOR COMPENSATION AS I HAVE NEVER USED BROADBAND OR HAD THE USE OF THE TELEPHONE SERVICES EITHER THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. BEWARE!!

Zunaid Davids worked in trying circumstances with us having no telephone lines at all. He quickly worked through his procedures and laid the fault at open reaches door. This was resolved this morning and our system up and running again. Zunaid kept in touch with me through my mobile until the issue was solved.
Kristin dealt with our ticket and provided regular updates to keep us informed of the status of the job. Very helpful and friendly. Excellent service, thank you.

The connection processes were made very easy, as the technician explained the sometimes complicated procedure in a way I found simple to follow. He remained calm and spoke clearly even when asked to repeat something I hadn't understood, which I found reassuring. Dylan was very nice and helpful on the phone regarding helping with our phone lines.
Problem sorted by Carl although I'm coming back to edit as the engineer stayed screensharing whilst I wrote the review.
I found this really uncomfortable. Maybe it's a cultural thing, but I felt as though if I wrote anything but a good review it would raise issues from the engineer. I'd already spent a deal of time and had clients sitting in earshot waiting to see me - we had to move the PC into the public waiting room to sort the problem out and I didn't want to raise the issue in front of members of the public.
