HORRIBLE.

Website is NOT user-friendly and they penalize you for making trades they dislike, sticking you with a cost-basis price that is far above what you bid and won. Definitely not the service you want to go with if you value frequent trading, and especially not a service for daytraders. Horrible.

Literally the worst

Literally the worst. All i wanted to do is rollover my previous 401k into my current 401k. And first they said i could upload the check then they said i had to fill out forms and mail everything using snail mail. So go through all those hoops for them to tell me that I placed my election amount behind decimal. So instead of 100 percent its 1 percent. I put 100 percent so i call and tell them over the phone exactly how i want it. And they are sending everything back for me to change the numbers and then mail everything back. This is Literally the worst way to do anything. Fax would make more sense then mail.

Horrible organization!

Horrible organization!! They screwed my account up and blocked me for six months. On hold for countless hours and given abusive run around. The federal government needs to shut them down. Countless hours on the phone fixing their software bugs

Jeff Carmona bad advice

Jeff Carmona bad advice. Horrible person to deal with. Super rude and I guess 500k is not enough in his eye to give a call back. Not sure how a company can employ him.

Severe problems with communication and efficiency

Trying to add an authorized agent (who happens to be my son) took more than 6 weeks, resulted in a lock on my account .
No one communicated that there was a lock on my account despite my speaking to multiple representatives. Only way i found out was in trying to make a trade sign come up indicating restricted account-no reason. Money that i deposited electronically was placed in limbo and money in my account frozen. Still not able to add my son to the account despite sending all required docs

I reached out multiple times to pay off…

I reached out multiple times to pay off my 401k loan and was constantly transferred (3) times. When I asked for a Supervisor, Fidelity refused to get me a supervisor until I voice verified my name a 5th time as i completed this verification through the phone service and also ALL 3 times I was transferred. Fidelity refused to provide support and refused to provide a supervisor to handle my support request. I was forced to use their online system which forces me to make additional interest payments and will continue to impact my paycheck for another 2 billing cycles. All over payments which is 100% guaranteed to happen now since they refused to provide support over the phone, will further be delayed up to a month if not longer. In the past, I had to contact my employer to force Fidelity to correct the issues. I am exhausted trying to navigate such terrible support when attempting to make payments over the phone. Forcing customers to get frustrated and hang up to force additional interest payments should be illegal. Tactics like this from Fidelity and other providers should force these companies to pay heavy fines and fees.

Fidelity blocked my account with no notice and then I had to wait through 2 hours to get a representative to answer the phone. Their recorded message says "your call is important to us" but the reality is that Fidelity has let their customer service get terrible.

The investor group "US Stocks VIP 20 lost 10 Mill USD

The investor group "US Stocks VIP 20" relied in good faith on Anne's professional advice. However, her advice was materially flawed and led to financial losses of approximately 10 million USD.
Anne R is the Chair of Leadership Council.
The company was informed before the publication of the review. However, unfortunately, they did not respond. Of course, everything is documented.

Fidelity sucks the big time

Fidelity sucks the big time, when trying to rollover out of Fidelity, they intentionally stall the process, make the process really hard so you keep your money in their bank. They refused to do direct rollover to my Schwab account and instead they only send check to me and I need to deposit it myself, they don't care if the check is lost or what. Elevate is doing a much better job, stay away from Fidelity as much as you can, seriously.

In my Opinion

In my Opinion ! Fidelity Investments in the Midlothian Branch R a bunch of greedy $ Grubbing idiots. They locked up my account because they could not get any fees or commissions because I handled my own trades & $. In my Opinion they just care about fees. Go to Schwab for a great hassle free experience.

Horrible Customer Service

Horrible Customer Service. Waited for 15 minutes to ask a simple question about my FSA card and was placed on hold and sent back to IVR nightmare. Called again was transferred to incorrect agents multiple times. Management needs an overhaul over there and should be ashamed of their operations.

My company

My company, has transitioned from Merrill Investments to Fidelity. Worst decision by my company. The customer service sucks, they have denied me access to online when I never had access in the first place. How can you deny someone who doesn’t have access to begin with and was instructed to call to gain access. A plethora of times I called and all their recourse is to tell me “ I no longer have online access can only phone in.” Meanwhile, I’m the only one in my establishment to not have online access. Worst company to exist, and needs to be terminated as an institution. Wish I can give a 0 rating. Any Corporate company who is seeking for an alternative for a 401k institution, look the other way when you see the name Fidelity.

I had an awful experience with this company, they are not reliable and only designed to lure people of their hard earned money, I have lost a lot to them already and I will never recommend them to anyone. Being with PAIVA has been a blessings, my payouts and other rewards has been constant.

The worst trading platform, use something esle

Definitely one of the worst trading platforms I have used. I have used Etrade, Ameritrade, Schwab, but by far Fidelity is the worst. The app is very vague and does not track status of funds being settled and transferred clearly. Further, when wires are rejected, no explanation is given. I have had to call more than 4 times to try to get my money out of there into my bank account with no luck so far.

Go use any other platform but Fidelity.

I've been using Fidelity for 29 years…

I've been using Fidelity for 29 years now, multiple account types. Started with retirement account as a teenager. Made a withdrawal for home purchase, corrected a contribution one year when income was higher than expected, rolled in a 401k, opened a trust account, they helped with every step. I've had zero problems.

Worst platform

Worst platform. You buy option or stock and it doesn’t show for couple of minutes, Then it shows up after it drops. And you have already lost your money. This happens very often.
