Unreliable business

Business ethics of Fidgetland are bad.

I ordered their products online on their website. It did not get delivered. They did not respond my requests for refund as well. I wrote them 4-5 times. They just told me that they will issue refund when they receive product back.

As of now, it's been six months since I ordered their products. I have not received any refunds yet. I suggest to deal with them with caution. They are not very reliable business.
