Awful company ordered a swim suit and it wasn’t true to size requested return and refund details and they asked me if I had even tried it on….then they repeated told me to gift it to a friend don’t buy from them they are awful I will continue to post negative comments so others don’t fall into their trap 🤬

Wish I'd seen these before reading all the fake positive reviews on fb, though it seems I'm lucky to have actually received what I ordered. The quality is iffy and fit is awful. They're currently telling me to give it to my friends as a gift or offering me £2 off it. I'm contacting my bank for a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered. Waited over a month for the swimsuit. Horrible quality & way off sizing when it finally arrived. Contacted them for return & refund. Just keep getting sent to an AI chat, which is rubbish. I've asked Klarna for a refund. Hoping that I can get something sorted!

Ordered a swim romper on 23rd May 2024. Still not received it. According to tracking it’s been in Cambridge since 23rd June. The company told me on 28th June 2024 that the tracking hadn’t been updated. Checking the tracking today it’s still in Cambridge. Only giving 1 star as I can’t give them 0 stars.

If I could give no stars, I would. Fake reviews on Facebook. I fell for it! Company is based in China. Two swimsuits ordered in May for holiday in June. They arrived in July.
Once I realised that the goods were arriving from overseas, I tried to cancel the order. The .Co.uk Web address is the killer shot!
Absolutely shocking customer service. They offered £4 then £12 refund for £46 paid by me. Now they want me to return then at my own expense! Such a scam!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The order took 2 months to be delivered. It was held up at Manchester for 2 weeks. I have requested for it to be returned as it was too late for my holiday and to big. I have had no response to my request.

Scam scam scam! This company takes your money and you never receive the item! I have been waiting for weeks. Sent them multiple emails with no response. I have no way of getting my money back.

If I could give zero stars I would. My order took over 2 months to arrive and it was only after I started a pay pal review that it actually arrived.

Very poor quality products and am now trying to return them but you have to contact the company for returns info and they are not responding to any messages.

My advice would be to avoid this company at all costs. They seem to be complete scammers.

Awful awful company. The product is shipped from the US and takes ages to arrive. The swimwear itself is pretty poor quality and the fit wasn’t great so I requested a return. The company took several days to reply to my emails. They then suggested that I give the product to someone else?!? And that they’d offer me a £2 compensation only. I’ve asked why they won’t accept returns and offer full refunds as any other mail order company does, but doubt I’ll get anywhere. Absolute rubbish. Please please avoid this company! Wish I’d checked other reviews before ordering - lesson learned!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! IT'S A SCAM! Like others I was taken in by a Facebook advert for a swimsuit which never arrived. Detailed tracking showed it arriving at a London address with an Aberdeen postcode. Then I get tracking information from China. I paid by PayPal and got a refund from them. It then turns up 2 days later from an address in Bolton. It's very poor quality and doesn't fit properly. Now they want the refund back through PayPal as the item has arrived.

Don't buy.
It's from China and not from the UK. Swimsuits didn't fit, we're of poor quality and I contacted the company for a full refund. It's virtually impossible to get one even if you do use PayPal and they know this. It's a scam and shame on Facebook for allowing these companies to use their platforms. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Same as the others. Bought in May and arrived yesterday. Terrible product nothing like pictures. Can even fit into as so badly made.
Apparently from USA then arrived from Bolton, put complaint into PayPal weeks ago as hadn’t arrived.
Avoid don’t make same mistake as me.

I did receive the item eventually, after giving up hope. There were swim bottoms, swim bra and a playsuit to go over the top. They were so badly made!!!! The bra was completely wrong it’s not even worth describing. The bottoms had no gusset just cheaply sewn together in a vague shorts shape. The playsuit was the same. Went straight in the bin. I will get a refund through PayPal.

Ordered the swimsuit advertised online. Supposedly built in shorts, bra etc.
I was sent tracking allegedly from USA. Tracking stopped after apparently getting to UK. Complained. Got another tracking now from China. Complained to PayPal. Within 24 hours a peice of cheap crap arrived which is funnily enough sent from Bolton and matches something being sold on Amazon for a fiver. It is 3 seperate peices. A pair of short, a bra that isn't made correctly and a truly terrible "dress" not made out of swimsuit material.
Don't make the same mistake.

Ordered items end of May 24. Tracking received but suddenly stopped on 26th June when the items had apparently arrived in Oxford, UK. No further tracking since. Trying to get money back from PayPal as no reply when emailing company. AVOID.

Same story as everyone else. They did respond to emails but refused a refund as item was in transit.When i responded and said I was going to report them to the relevant authorities I was suddenly given a different tracking number and my item arrived a few days later from China! Not from the USA as all other tracking had shown. I ordered in May. Tracking stopped in earlyJune and I received the item yesterday.

I bought a small hoover advertised for the car. The advert showed fantastic suction. When it arrived the suction was that poor I couldn't even pick up a tissue. I reported it to them and the said it was too expensive to send back and they offered a small refund to keep it. Eventually after emails back to them their best offer was less thank half price back. I will never buy off them again they are definitely con artists and goods not as shown be careful !!!!!

I have little disposable income but needed a swimsuit.
8 weeks been waiting tracking says arrived in UK. Since then nothing . Refund my money.

7 weeks and not received item or any updated tracking info. Got fobbed off after last email asking where the item was.
I tried to cancel order as soon as I placed it realising I could get exact same item cheaper elsewhere and would arrive quicker. They fobbed me off.
Avoid at all costs. Am now trying to be a nuisance with multiple emails a day just to get my money back.

SCAM ALERT

This company is a total scam. I have emailed approx 15 times asking for refund....keep getting fobbed off. They are a fraudulent business, who have absolutely no intention of supplying goods or refund.
