Very professional and very complete

Performance is outstanding

This company is a real treasure for those who have data problems. I live in California, and in my case, they recovered files that I had lost in 2021. Even though it was difficult, they did it and sent me a backup of all the information on my hard drive in less than two weeks. Highly recommended. They are honest, friendly, and very professional. It would be the only company I would trust to recover my data again.

This company is a scam. They charge exorbitant fees and the data that they "recover" is gobbily gook. Also, they claim that their policy is to only make this gobbily gook available for one week and then poof, just like that it's gone. Do NOT use this scam of a company. They are a scam and a ripoff.

They able to retrieve all the data on my only Backup. They were able with questions, etc.. Also, they recovered everything quickly.

It is a bit pricey, but the service fields offers is a must in the current times. They are straight foward about what they have to do to retrieve your data. And the likelihood of it being recovered. I was able to retrieve a terrabyte of data in less than a month. All which I feared was gone for good. All in all the service was great. I just wish they sent back my the case i shipped my device in.

This company is a scam. Not to mention very unprofessional and literally everything the people writing with a 1 star review are basically covering it all. I have a very similar case where they basically gaslight you and then just copy and paste their clauses. I was also told that I was basically going to recover almost all my files and then they back pedaled and told me that a recovery for them is being able to just open your drive. I literally lost a lot of my files that were years worth of work for my business on there and they could not care less because they had already received their payment and funny enough they know what they are doing is quite wrong because how is it possible that you put non-refundable. They literally give you a screenshot of 'said files' that are recovered to make you feel like you have recovered all of them back, but then be very careful because once you actually look in your files...everything is not there...at all. They even made me buy an extra piece like someone else said on these reviews and told me that because my hard drive was this kind of hard drive that needed this and this was a level 5 lab. If this was all they said it was then why was I left with not even an 1/8th of my files???? It is REALLY an expensive scam, so please do not bother to go to them if you have to go to someone else even if it is more money but it is highly recommended go to them instead you will just end up spending money, time, and starting off just where you pretty much left data wise. Not to mention, I gave them more than a months worth of time for them to work on this as well. They will copy and paste all their answers as I said and make you feel like you should know better when in reality they should know better how to treat a customer and also actually do the RIGHT thing, which is rightfully recover their data!

My only complaint really was the price, but that's just a personal gripe and not a reflection of your service. You did a great job recovering my data and I got all of it in a timely manner. I'm just a broke veterinary resident so having to spend nearly a month's salary for the recovered data was a hard pill to swallow. But it was worth it.

The experience was great because I got my data back. I was not pressed for time so the few days they took was just fine. Was kept up to speed and updated the entire time. It was just expensive$$....
