It seems to track the speech well. Sometimes it has trouble picking up conversations, but that could be that I have it concealed under my shirt. Overall, I’m happy.

I really dislike how poor the fieldly connects to my phone. Inconsistent at best. I also don't like that the subscription element wasn't made clear until I had already bought it. I haven't used it in months because the free option gives you maybe a day or two worth of use. Then it becomes a paper weight. I also didn't realise there was a 14 day trial period. I signed up for a month of subscription to try it out because the free minutes don't last long. I should have done my due diligence in hindsight but the subscription element is only highlighted way down the bottom of the main page as an afterthought. Plus I was wowed by the features. A month trial period would be better.

I actually noticed an improvement with the fieldy device that replaced my earlier one. Then, things started happening. Missed important meetings. Entire days of converstaion transcripts there one day, then a day or two later, GONE! I still record important meetings, and wouldn't totally trust fieldy for any very important meetings now. Maybe this will improve in the next generations, but I'm not very impressed. It sure looks good on the webpage though. And I CAN NOT RECALL the exact dates transcripts were dropped, although I did let fieldy know soon after! (Before my "free" minutes expired!) * Yeah, funny how "something went WRONG on your end," leaving this comment!

I really want to like this thing but what would you say in my shoes? It arrived two days after I left for work which wasn't really their fault but I didn't get a chance to use it until I got back a week and a half later. I haven't been able to connect it since I got it save for twice and the lights that said it's recording weren't lit up or anything so I didn't even realize that it was catching my day. But because of that day, most of my hour and a half 'free' time was used up, apparently, so I don't know what I have left as far as transcribes go.
And being bullied or rushed into a membership really wasn't the ideal of how I wanted to go with this. I was planning to get the full membership anyways but with this thing not working I wasn't going to take your 'first and only' offer to a deal on a membership. Just to try and connect it, I bypassed the 'special' deal and did what I could to get the unit and my account, connected. It's been a mess from the beginning and, needless to say, it's been over their 14 day return. (Probably been about a month since I've had this paperweight and first tried to connect it.) Very unimpressed at being told two or three times that I 'just have to reset my bluetooth connection...' That's a pretty simple fix which I've done numerous times now. Had I known it was still at such an early test stage, I would have just asked for a refund. Or, at least, a new unit seeing as how this hasn't worked from the git.
But i'm done with companies nickel and diming me to death... pay my own shipping and handling? to get a functional unit to start with...? Pffft.
It's not the money... It's the point of the thing.
Anyways, that's my experience.
Edit****today (March 1) I get an email from trust pilot I bought a review but I wrote and just on chance I decided to look at the review because I couldn't remember who I wrote it for. Turns out it took them five days to reply to this review and as chance would have it I'm sitting in front of my computer trying to get this device connected and support says it's going to take them at least 24 hours to get back to me . I don't think they have any business advertising to add or ADHD people. It's been almost a month of communication for one single problem.
Next time you're welcome to use my phone number which you have or my email which comes directly to me if you want to get a hold of me. But leaving your reply on a website in The Ether hoping that I might maybe come back one day to reread a review ? Do you know how many people go back and read the reviews? I bet you do which is why it's being sent this way.

Helpful device. Plus the Fieldy team is constantly releasing updates to improve the functionality of it and the app, so it can more seamlessly make one's life better in various ways. This helps me a lot, especially living with health conditions that affect my memory and brain health. After a few bumps initially getting it working, I've been supremely satisfied with the value I am receiving after that point.

I could do with more guidance and tweaking with support, eg identifying familiar voices not just mine but also refining or management of folder topics mostly I suspect I’m not making use of the features.

Ordered it in December as a Christmas gift for a friend. Then received an email telling me they haven't even statred productionand the order would be sent out the first part of February. Now in the middle of February, and no news or update
