You advertise that you have easy returns and my experience has been not easy. I explained the circumstances on the phone and I do not feel that anyone that I speak with is REALLY listening. I have been waiting for a credit on 3 item. I have been patient as I knew that it would possibly take a while but this has been rediculous and is still not resolved.

Love the products!

I have been using Bakuchiol Firming Eye Cream for about 2 months. I like the texture, consistency and the way it feels on my skin. What i do not like is that it did not reduce puffiness or my dark circles at all. Not one slight spec of lighter skin. I am 70 years old so perhaps I shouldn’t have expected any improvement/ change. I mention this for the seasoned customers looking for the same results. Overall, it is a good eye cream with good moisturizing results. Fragrance free and is dispensed in a convenient container.

I love the coverage of this concealer. It matches my skin perfectly. I add just a touch of it with a touch of oil since I have mature skin. Mix it together on the back of my hand. And dab on w my finger and blot in with a brush.

love your product- really want to try the new concealer and foundation in one. I think $45 to get one is a little costly. Im waiting for a sale!!

I was really surprised to see that the lip plumper really works, and it makes my lips bigger and fuller.

I loved the old packaging with black tubing. Now I received purple tube and am very unhappy with it. It came shipped on time hut when opened it was water leaking out and even while I tried to squeeze or shake or just roll in my hands there was liquid only coming out..no product until I gave up. I am unsure I will reorder unless the old product in black is available.

I have orders from Fiera Cosmetics in the past and been very pleased. However, when I received the most recent order I’d place, they’d switched out a product I’d ordered for a completely different product and called it an “upgrade”. They never got my permission to switch the product, and they still charged me for it. The “upgraded” product I received was the worst concealer I have ever used. It is called “All-In-Wonder”. Be warned if you’re thinking of purchasing it- or anything else from them, as they’ll switch your order and include this terrible product without warning. It comes out of the tube runny and separated, leaving a gross grayish blue film on your skin. I am extremely disappointed, as I thought I’d found a productive use for years. I have lost all trust in their company.

This Company has fantastic customer service!!! Their products are also top quality. My favorite product is their apple stem cell cream. Very light and smells fantastic.

I do like the way the plumper feels, but it didn't plump as much as I had hoped for, BUT I still do like this one.

My undereye bags are very prominent & this product conceals them better than what I’ve used so far.

I really like the concealers. I get the light and neutral beige which are good colors for me. May look at trying the new all in one next time.

Fiera's concealer is the best I've ever used. Over the past few decades, I've tried numerous brands. This is the only one that truly works.
