I have used this for a few weeks now …
I have used this for a few weeks now and it has greatly reduced the pain levels in the thumb area where I have Arthritis.
I would recommend its use, but be careful where you touch after it has been applied.
I Would certainly recommend the seller for the first class service and the communication that I received from them.
All in all 5 star service and would not hesitate to buy from again.

I'm sorry to hear that it felt to hot,
sometimes if to much has been applied, unfortunately the heat can feel intense on the skin/neurogenic inflammation, (But harmless)
Stronger is not best, especially when it comes to capsaicin creams, as a tolerance needs to be built up before you can see the full effect.
We always advise first timers to start with the natural organic coconut capsaicin cream. also we have a new vanilloid balm that has been released today, If you decide to purchase again/cococapsaicin, I will deduct the 30 percent/
Long lasting relief
Arrived promptly. Very very hot and long lasting. Relieved the arthritis in my wrists very nicely. Do't be fooled because there is no initial burning sensation, use sparingly.
