My complaint is their meat market. They advertise great prices, but then when you go in to get it, the quality is subpar, and in many cases, they will substitute without telling you you’re actually buying a different type of meat than what was advertised.
They advertised “boneless”ribeye roast for 799 a pound. I went to get one pick one up spent over $50 for it and when I got it home, I discovered it was nothing more than a cheap beef rump roast with a big bone in it probably a third of it was bone. I went to the website to complain and demand a refund and I got absolutely no response whatsoever. They don’t care.
This is nothing short of bait and switch and theft. I would not recommend you by anything. They advertise out of their meat market…

I've hardly ever had a problem at fiesta I really like the one on mykawa in Houston it's got a churches chicken and bank inside of it. The people are always friendly. The Spanish security guard is a very nice guy. I've been going to the Cullen location lately because I'm now closer to that location it's definitely smaller but the cashier's are nice and the lady inside the onsite ria money services is very nice. It's definitely a little higher than other stores but it's worth it to me because they are very nice and store is clean.

This place has a very bad service. The guy named Estiven was towing my car when I was on shopping
My groceries
He was not professional. Very rude.
Then when I call corporate to summit a complaint. The corporate office never apologized to me. This person was trying say don’t came back to fiesta.
Instead. Apologize for my inconvenience. Because they town the rong card.
I am talking on social media with friends about my bad experiences. Please.
There are 25 people. Saying. They will not be back to shop groceries any more.
