Delivered quickly, well packaged. Inside was a great bike of a nice color

The bicykle is very heavy and absolutely non suitable for 3 year old kids. It wights 15 kilos! The information about the wight of the bicykle is hidden in the announcement what I consider as a the intentionally misleading customers. The quality is very poor.

I bought new bicycle for my 5 years old son and it comes the next day very happy with it good quality and reasonable price, highly recommended this website.

I have ordered a bike on 23th December 2024 for a Christmas gift. We haven't received the order as of 31-January-2025.

I have reached out to the customer support several times and they responded saying they are still working on this and provided random responses. I even asked them to return the payment so that we go and order somewhere else.

So far they haven't delivered the bike nor returned the payment yet. Totally poor service and will not recommend this bad company to any one. Looks like fietsenplaats dot nl is a fraud website.

I order a bike for my daughter. Very fast shipping. The product is correct. And the assembly took me less than 10 minutes. I am satisfied.

I was so surprised when I ordered my bike, I searched so many websites until i happened to find this one with a lot of amazing options. I was initially considering buying a secondhand bike as I was low on budget but bought a beautiful mint green spirit bike which rides like a dream, plus something that also impressed me a lot was the delivery time - I had my bike the very next day.

You know a company is a scam when they insist on providing bad customer service. Here are the reasons why you should avoid them at all costs:

- There is no invoice issued when you make a purchase. There is no place where I can find their business registration number, or the real name of the company.

- There is no place in their website where they mention that you have to assemble the bike you buy. Very deceiving about their service. Imagine advertising images of clothes and you have to sew the texitiles yourself. How is it even normalised?

- On their website they say you can contact their customer service during weekends but nobody answered the phone (I called multiple times and waited for more than 30 mins each).

- I made an order around 1am on Sunday. Cancelled it through email a few hours later because I found out that I had to assemble the bike myself. Called the customer service on Sunday but noone picked up. Next day (Monday) I received an email from "Mark" (there is no fullname of their employee...) stating I had to pay delivery cost 20€ if I wanted to cancel my order.

- I refused to pay because a) I'm sure they haven't shipped the bike yet because "Mark" said "the order has been shipped" but he can "put the order on hold".
b) It's not my fault that I had to pay the "return costs" while it was impossible to contact them. c) They coundn't provide the evidence that they actually shipped my bike

- Despite my refusal to pay the shipping cost, they deducted the amount anyway and literally just don't care about customer service.

Listen to the bad reviews (which are 10% of the reviews here) and AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I really like it, the support people are always trying to help you. I didn’t know which bike to buy and I call to the support and they help me choose a perfect bike for me. It’s very easy to buy and in the next day the bike is in our house. And not to talk about the delivery man. He is very nice and super helpful person. Of course I will order more for my familie here.

Ordered a bike with next day delivery. Only AFTER the purchase they informed that it is out of stock. Ordered another bike and received it in 4 days. Customer service also has very low standards as they reply only to the messages they want. Not recommended.

I was not expecting this; we wanted to spend the weekend with a new bike for our 7yo kid and as usual we could only have planned and tool an action for this on friday afternoon. I have confirmed the order friday at 16:30 and the bike arrived saturday at 09:00 (yes they also shared with me the delivery date/time but I was still skeptical about the delivery time (even we said to our kid that the bike will likely arrive on monday or tuesday to manage the expectations). So in short I can say we had a nice deal (it was the lowest for the same bikes on the web) the website was easy to navigate, the delivery was very quick and also the customer service was very supportive as I wanted to ensure we dont wait for weeks for the bike. A great customer experience. Thanks
