Nice and sturdy bike. Customer service was helpful to clear out some things.

After months of trying to find a solution with them so I can return the broken bike they sent me with a guarantee of them returning my money I sent them after advise from a lawyer an official letter "ontbiden overeenkomst". This was the 2nd time as the 1st I sent it online and they never responded to the letter even though they still reaponded to other emails. I gave them 2 weeks to reply if they don't agree or they return the money to my account. As expected NO RESPONSE! Moreover, they asked me to remove the original review from Trustpilot in return for free return (no talk about the 419 euros the bike cost) and on another instance they said let's help each other by me removing the review! On top of that they contacted Trustpilot to verify my review because they had no proof that I really ordered from them (when we have meter long email communications and whatsapp threads).

I wanted to buy a new bike for a few times. I found great deals on that website!
Great communication with the sales team, they answer really fast and they are really helpfull.
The bike itself is AWESOME!!! I love it!!!!!! It was quite easy to assemble (I say "quite" because I required a bit of help from my husband).
Really happy of my purchase!

Nice and decent bike!

I ordered online the Spirit Valenti bike. Unfortunately, I received a damaged product (the back wheel was bent, and the 5th gear is not working). I was able only to partly repair the bike at the bike service. I was all the time in touch with the company. In the beginning, all they offered was to pay me around 20 % for the repair costs. When I disagreed, they said that they could cover 40 % of the costs under the condition that I delete a negative review on trustpilot.com. I have never dealt before with such arrogant customer service. I disagreed to delete the review, so, in the end, I haven't received any compensation for the defective bike.

I ordered my bike before 5pm on a Sunday and received it on a Tuesday so not quite the next day delivery as promised but still good. I ordered a Spirit Retro bike but there was no assembly video so the seller suggested I watch another bike assembly which was mostly helpful but there was some differences (mainly around securing the front carrier mud guards). Not a criticism but something to be aware of, the bike did not come with any tools. Once assembled the bike looks great and seems very solid.

Fietsenplaats on line shop is very easy to navigate. When I e-mailed customer service about the payment confirmation mail, I was surprised how fast they replied. Delivery was also fast!
I was delighted to see a montage video that was e-mailed to me. I was very happy to be able to put together the bike all by myself, with the help of course of the e-mailed instruction video.
All and all very happy with this shop and the bike!! I already recomend it to my friends!!

I would like to give 5 stars if I received the delivery today as my birthday present but it didn’t arrive…so 3 stars on faith…because maybe the prblem was not fitsenplaats but rhe delivery company

I recently bought a bike for my 5 year old daugther for her birthday and since the inception of the chat bot right through to delivery I was so impressed. They were unbelievably helpful and professional and the entire process was seamless and effortless. Once we look at bikes for our son and my husband and I, we will most certainly use their service again. Product was delivered as expected.

We ordered a bike, but it arrived damaged. They didn't want to swap it with a new bike, but wanted to repair the broken wheel. So we sent the wheel back. They said it would only take 2 days to get the repaired wheel, but we ended up waiting and waiting. After many phonecalls to the helpdesk, they finally said the wheel would be ready and sent to us. So after 1,5 months of our primary order, the wheel got here. It was badly repaired. Some spokes were still bended, and a deep scratch in the rim was not fixed. We will never buy something on this website again.

I bought bike in this shop online. When came home was all kapoot en not goed quality. My man came with bike to zaandaam from deventer which was other our petrol cost.they didn't want to take bike back but in the end they took it and charched 15eur+25eur for other think that was kapoot not our fault. I paid for bike 250eur and was not possible to use it. I lost 50eur and until today I don't have bike and also no money back as they told will come within 5 working days. I'm waiting 1 more day if I will have no money back I will go to police. They don't have right to charge me 25eur just because they sent totaly kapoot bike
