Contattato questa azienda diverse volte sia tramite mail che telefonicamente, per rivendere i loro prodotti all’estero. Oltre ad essere scortesi al telefono, promettono di ricontattare ma nulla. . Serietà zero.
Circa due mesi fa ho scritto alla Fietta Spa per segnalare che avevo acquistato 7 confezioni del loro prodotto Fette biscottate integrali farro Sapori & Piaceri
presso due supermercati (4+3) ed avevo trovato, in tutte le confezioni, le fette biscottate praticamente "bruciate" dalla cottura eccessiva.
La signora Sofia, dell'ufficio qualità, mi aveva risposto che lo sapevano perchè avevano avuto un problema con la temperatura del forno ma che avevano preso dei provvedimenti e che non mi sarebbe più capitato nei prossimi acquisti.
Invece è ricapitato ancora qualche giorno fa!!!
Ho acquistato 5 confezioni di fette biscottate integrali farro Sapori & Piaceri e le fette sono ancora "bruciate" e annerite abbondantemente su tutti i bordi.
Ho segnalato di nuovo il problema alla FIETTA Spa inviando anche delle foto delle fette e dei numeri di lotto delle confezioni chiedendo, questa volta, almeno un rimborso con un buono acquisto (almeno simbolico visto che ho acquistato 12 confezioni praticamente immangiabili!).
Questa volta però FIETTA Spa ha deciso di IGNORARMI...fuggendo dalle loro responsabilità commerciali lasciando un BRUTTO segno sulla loro SERIETA' professionale.
