When i try to login they kick me out

Sir, first i added 20₹ after that i earned 250₹ with that 20₹ and did a withdraw but it was pending so i cancelled it than putted it again and after sometime when i tried to login to check my withdraw the app kicks me out customer support he ask me for my id i gave it to him after that i waited and asked him but he won't reply just reading my messages after that i report it to that gmail no reply and than at WhatsApp that guy never comes online so now i am here hoping to get my id back.
