I had purchased a pair of Kinloch mahogany walking boots approximately twelve months ago, to my disappointment the seam of the boot where it is stitched started to come apart
I contacted customer services at Hoggs and explained the situation, they immediately sent me a postal scan code and asked for the boots to be returned for inspection and repair which I did that day,
Quality of service is sometimes hard to come by in this day and age. So without any idea of what was going to happen I waited for a response.
That response has blown me away when in less than one week I have received a brand new pair of boots. 10 out of 10 for Customer Service Hoggs of Fife.
A company I can recommend without any hesitation.

The shoes were delivered on time, the quality is very good and the shoes are of good quality. The service was very good and my husband is very happy with the comfort and look of the shoe, well done Fife.

hi i have just received a birnham leather jacket and a hebrides pullover green. the quality of these item`s i have just received has blown me away. they are far better than i expected and for the money in today`s market they are an excellent buy..i can`t fault the quality of everything i have purchased from fife country...

Great shoes I have worn my shoes every day on my dog walks. Several miles a day. Lovely and comfortable from day one. I will definitely buy another pair.

I have purchased 2 items recently and both have been quickly and well packaged. The shoes did not fit well but were exchanged for the smaller size with no quibble or questions by Fife. I am exceptionally pleased with quality of both products an customer service.

I have bought a lot of very good things from Fife and have always considered them a good company. However in November 2022 I bought some Beauly Hiker shoes which until now have been very happy with. Thus I am disappointed to find that after just over two years of normal wear the sole of one shoe had begun to disintegrate despite being described as 'hardwearing'. Upon telephoning I was given the one year guarantee rule which I found unsatisfactory, a pair of £90 shoes should last longer.

I have just purchased a fourth pair of trousers for my husband. The first 2 pairs I bought 5 years ago are still going strong despite continuous wear all winter although they are showing signs of old age! This last pair however were too big so I have sent them back for an exchange. Just a relief to find a company which offers such good service and quality.

Absolutely fantastic. Staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful on the phone. Orders come quickly. The returns process is fantastic. The box comes with a returns label. The quality of the boots is good. They have customers at the heart of what they do.

Just bought a pair of leather boots from this excellent company. I needed to ask some questions prior to purchasing, I spoke to the most helpful lady, she gave me the confidence to buy then and there. The boots arrived within the 2 working days, which surprised me given the weather that in Scotland at that time. They’re are exactly as the lady promised, not very often you can say that about a company in these days.
Have used Fife Country for years, they have never disappointed and as you can tell didn't on this occasion!

What a pleasant surprise to have the phone answered in this day and age by a helpful member of staff whose obvious intent was to give a potential customer of ancient years a moment of happiness! I recently ordered a fleece shirt for my husband by phone. I received excellent customer service from the assistant during our phone conversation and the shirt arrived promptly in the post two days later.
Nice packaging and easy to open. I also received a good quality key ring.

The coat feels like 'military grade', designed to last and with no corners cut. Superior to what you find on the high street, and no more expensive.
If you call, they pick up the phone, and will exchange for a different size without quibble.
A hidden gem of a business. Highly recommended.
