More energetic
I suffer with a chronic illness which affects my energy levels and sleep but since starting drinking cosmic hue I feel more energetic, I am sleeping better, for longer and have less bloating after eating. This all means I can be far more active doing the things I enjoy!

Brilliant product
Brilliant product, I have nothing but good things to say about this tea. I have ulcerated colitis and almost since using the tea for over 5-6 months I've had no real symptoms related to my bowel issues. I used to take medication but have rarely used if it all since being on this tea. I can honestly say give it a try it's helped me so much getting my life back to normal. Please just try and see I wouldn't be without it now.

Regular flare ups of suspected diverticulitis better
I have been diagnosed by my GP with unconfirmed diverticula disease and have had several bouts of diverticulitis which I find quite debilitating. However the constant pain in my bowel has subsided with the tea and I hope it continues to help. I think certain foods trigger a flare but watching what I eat and using the tea has helped me feel much better.

With anything I take personally it can take longer than most to feel the benefits of anything. I've missed one day in 2 weeks without taking the Tea. The actual smell of the Tea once brewed is lovely. The taste with 10 being Great. For myself it's about 7-8 out of 10. I prefer the Tea once it's cooled down a bit. As for benefits. I would say my digestion has improved. With it only being two Weeks. I will give the Tea a proper Chance to Work. I take it 45 mins before going to Sleep at night. You can actually fell it relax your mind & Body.

Fifth Ray works wonders
I have found the Fifth Ray products to be excellent to date and also the timescale in which they worked exceeded my expectations. I know everyone’s body deals with things differently but I was impressed. I suffers from Ulcerative Colitis and have had a recent flare up and this product has made me feel so much better and also helped with my bowel movement massively. My head feels clearer now and my general motivation is heightened. I only have one cup a day and it feels enough for me. Don’t hesitate to try it

Didn't work for me but maybe you have to try it for longer , I finished one pack.
Also some of the ingredients aren't supposed to be good for autoimmune conditions - so that's why I stopped after 1.
And i didn't like that I was automatically subscribed to a continuous supply - I didn't even realise until the next payment was taken.

Gut Healer!
Absolutely delicious tea which has definitely improved my gut health. Full disclaimer, I did give up gluten a couple of months before starting the tea so I had already noticed some changes. I've also recently been diagnosed with gastritis and a hiatus hernia which is why I decided to try Cosmic Hue. I'm on my third month and have one cup every morning and would highly recommend giving it a try if you have any gut issues.
The customer service for this company is outstanding too! There is always someone you can talk to if you have any queries and they have a money back guarantee so there's no reason not to give them a try.
