One star is one too many! I unknowingly purchased a dress from them for an upcoming vacation. I placed my order about two months in advance to make sure I would have it. After about three weeks, I began to try and find out about my item. After sending a couple of emails I received a reply telling me my dress was being custom made and would be arriving soon. I made a negative comment on their Facebook page, and was then blocked from making comments there. The dress did not arrive before my vacation. When I arrived home ten days later I still had not received it. I did finally receive the item, which was so poorly made that I never would have worn it in public. I am now wearing it as a nightgown. Lesson learned.

I need to return some items because they are to short. Their reply back to my request to return them was "Hello, actually we state the length of our dresses on product page, maybe you just did not read it, sorry we can't accept your return request." I did read the product pages, but they were just to short and now I cannot return them even though their website says "We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition." DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

I purchased three dresses, two in the same size and one that didn't even appear to be the one I bought. I now am told I cannot return them unless it is a quality issue. They are the worst quality I have ever seen, they appear to be made by hand by someone who can't sew. And know I am told you can't return anything and it will cost too much. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM. I am out $67,00 but am taking this to a legal level to expose this crappy company. They have screwed the wrong person.

Do not order from them. I just received my order after 5 weeks I ordered 6 dresses it was a big mistake . Two dresses had holes and 1 dress has a hole in the pocket. Two of the dresses are ok the material is really crappie though very thin and silky like also they are dry clean only ugh. I did Order two bathing suits they are fine and seam normal lol.

Horrible and disappointing experience. Took 8 weeks to receive my order and they would not let me cancel it even though I requested it several times. Came directly from China and everything is way smaller than describen. Too much trouble to return. SAVE YOURSELF SOME GRIEF AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Sizes were WAY off. Front on garment not even close to stated bust size. Returned goods, after many emails, received verification of delivery then was told ot was returned by customs and no refund. They stink

Worst company ever!!!! It's been over a month since I ordered. They charged my account but I have not received the item. When I try to email or call I get the run around that my order is "custome made"!
I ordered a size medium. I requested a refund and have not heard from that either.

The worst company ever. Had I known this garbage was coming from China I would NOT have bought anything. The clothing is terrible. They argue with you about returns and refunds, Do not order anything from Fifth Wear...it's trash. And you will not get your money back.

Sizes are way off, they don't accept returns. And blame the customer for ordering the wrong size. And that is just not true. Only one out of the 4 garments ordered looked cute. The rest was trash. And the free shipping offer? Never got it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

Charged my PayPal but never received anything. Sounds like it is junk anyway.

This company is a sham, I received a dress ( if u could call it that) the seam was ripped from top to bottom, I've been trying to return them and told me they would give me 10% off my next purchase! I will never order from this company again or any other china based company. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY !

Do not buy from this company. You cannot return anything and their sizes are way off. Big mistake ordering anything from them!

If I could select negative stars I would.
Never has another company asked for breast,waist, hip sizes when trying to return. No where on the website does it say this is a policy. Terrible fabric as well. It is not breathable and feels like plastic. I can't even cut it up for a dish rag.
Never ever again.
Total garbage.

This company is a sham!!! Worst quality clothing and they do not honor their return policy in the US!! I ordered three shirts. It took six weeks to receive and the sizes were way smaller than marked. Contacted the company the next day and after three days they responded that they only took back merchandise because of quality issues and wanted to know my measurements. What?? Buyer beware!!! No returns and no refunds!!!! And they don't deserve any stars!!!!

This was the worst company I have EVER ordered from. I paid extra to have them delivered faster and they took 6 weeks to get here. They are not in the country, sent through CAL so they don;t have to pay import fees. They did not allow me to return the dresses. They said they have a 30 day return policy and they would not allow me to return the dresses because it was past 30 days. They do not give you a return address, you have to ask for it and they determine if they will send it to you. BEWARE!!

They state on the website that they accept returns within 30 days on unused items... when you try to return they say it would cost too much for me to ship because they are international. My order shipped to me from New Jersey. That I should find someone who could wear them

I had the same experience with this company. Poor quality, poor fit and no return policy. They suggested that I give them to someone else, stating that their warehouse is in Asia and it would cost too much to return them. They take the customer's money, send rubbish and then refuse to accept returns. This is nothing short of theft!

The fabric is awful -- not cotton, as stated. Sizing is all over the map. I ordered L in everything & one blouse looks like it's made for a doll. Other pieces are HUGE & only 2 blouses sorta fit. Quality of clothing is not suitable to wear. I wasted over $100 and no return. I got the same standard response as Kerry -- verbatim. Would give zero stars if I could.

Stay away from this place! What you received looks NOTHING like what you ordered.

If I i could rate them negative 5 stars I would.

Their printed return policy is bogus. They will not allow my return stating I ordered incorrect size. The material of the 5 pieces I ordered are very cheap, smell of cheap dye. All are cotton poly yet tag states dry clean is advised. That's $88 wasted!!!

The clothes were too big, cheaply made and didn't look like the photos. When I asked for a return they wouldn't do it....

"Hello,We are sorry that our products did not make you satisfied.
But our company accepts returns only for quality issues. The materials and sizes are displayed on product pages and it's normal that there is slight difference between real items and pictures on screen. More importantly, it will be very expensive for you to return it because it's international shipping, you can ask shipping company about shipping cost, it won't save much for you, you will know it's not worth returning. Could you give them to someone who can wear them? we can offer you 20% discount for your next order to buy better sizes for yourself."
...so basically just take my money - never shopping there again
