Fantastic tool

Fantastic tool. it has struggled to scale and gotten very slow, but honestly it's such a powerful tool that even with workarounds, it still gets 5 stars.

Use another tool, it's shit & they charge you for everything.

Two stars. We're in the process of moving everything to another design tool. We get constantly overcharged. I switch seats, get charged. I remove my seat, then the teammate can't access anything. I added my seat back same month, and I got charged again. Support is like talking to a brick wall. Figma is slowly milking users till they leave. Find another tool to use, is my recommendation.

Excruciatingly slow

Excruciatingly slow, and the number of times I have devs saying they can't open it or it just gets stuck loading is crazy. Sure, the projects are large, but split into various tabs and pages which could all be lazy-loaded after initially rendering the page.

Pricing for developers

Basically the Figma developed for designers and designers have to pay for professional account. Developers use it just for implementation why developers should pay $12 per month for dev seat, Just for using Dev mode. Please reconsider about the pricing.

I use Figma everyday

I use Figma everyday - and it is, in my book, the best software for digital design. However, I do think their pricing is a bit steep.

I’m genuinely impressed with the Figma…

I’m genuinely impressed with the Figma suite of products. Figma Make is fantastic, and the AI feature is surprisingly powerful. I’ve been able to create so much independently using this app. That said, the learning curve can feel a bit steep at first, and some advanced features could be made more intuitive.

Not easy to use

I'm not a designer though I find Canva easy to use. Recently I tried Figma Make as I needed to develop some wireframe concepts. It started out useful enough for initial layout. But when I tried to add my own content things start to break. Worse, I realized I couldn't transfer it to a normal figma design. When I bougth the credits, they ran out very quickly and there was no way to view how many credits I had left. Compared to other platforms like lovable (for buildout) or Canva (for design), Figma seemed a lot less user friendly.

ohh Guys AVOIIID

ohh Guys, AVOIIID this Figma, they will charge you for air, and you will not be able investigate it. Believe me. There is no options to find your payment details and remove it as soon as you start receiving unexpected bills, the support just able to forward you to help.figma without any reasonable action for solving your issue.

I am absolutely amazed by the Figma suite of products. The Figma Make is amazing! The Ai feature works so well. It understands and reasons incredibly complex tasks and completes them with ease. I’m amazed by what I’ve been able to build single handily with this app. The connection to supabase and being able to set up a database with tables on the backend. Wow wow wow! Well done to the team!

Bit of a letdown

Bit of a letdown, to be honest. Figma's alright for basic stuff, but when you try to do anything complex, it gets clunky and slow. The collaboration features are a bit of a mess sometimes, too. Could do with some serious improvements. Wouldn't recommend for larger projects.

Overpriced and clunky

Overpriced and clunky. The interface is overly complicated for what it does, and the price tag doesn't justify the features. There are better, more affordable options out there.

Overcharged and No Response from Support

I subscribed to Figma choosing the Collab plan for $5 per month, but I was unexpectedly charged $35 for the full plan. I never upgraded or changed my subscription.

I contacted their support team to sort this out, but I never received any reply. It’s disappointing to be overcharged and then ignored when trying to resolve the issue. This experience has made me question whether I can trust their billing and customer service.

A really fun tool to play with and master. I'm surprised to see such a low average rating for Figma on this platform. Not sure how people are getting on with it, but for me it's been great. Basically meets all my needs, and I'm only using free plan.
