The site functioned poorly for both me and my wife. It phantom-selected options that I didn't click on. The amount shown on the slider differed from the amount that I manually entered (so the fields on your form are not communicating). The site asks me to link all the accounts associated with my direct deposit--which feels extremely intrusive. And for both me and my wife, it was very difficult to connect to an e-notary--the circle indicator spun for several minutes, until eventually we gave up and decided to try again later. The first e-notary informed me that I needed to go through the ordeal again because I hadn't been clearly informed of the document that I needed to review before he could notarize it--the next prompt in your system was just "Talk to an e-notary," so I clicked on it. So after reading the legalistic novel that I had to sign my name to and finally connecting to another e-notary, I got my document notarized. I couldn't ask the notary any questions about the document. The e-notaries both seemed unofficial and a bit unprofessional--dressed in t-shirts and working from messy rooms in their homes, etc. When the e-notary couldn't see my ID because of the background blur setting on my camera, she wouldn't let me go to my camera settings to fix the issue, so she continued to struggle to read my ID. Finally, the process eventually worked out. If I can help it, I will never use Figure again. The site was inoperable, the process seemed suspicious, and the personnel were unprofessional.

Easy to Open But………..
I initially opened a HELOC with Figure via Go Mrotgage and repaid the balance successfully. When I later attempted a redraw, the request was delayed/blocked due to an automated valuation review despite strong payment history and available line access. Communication was inconsistent, and timelines changed multiple times. Hold times for questions and actually no resolution about the line of credit exceeded 90 minutes at times. The process created uncertainty during active financing and required repeated follow-up. If you rely on predictable access to your approved credit line, ask detailed questions about redraw policies and AVM reassessments before proceeding. Let the borrower beware ! I am looking to close this HELOC and will never use Go Mortgage or Figure Lending again.

Overall, my experience with figure has been very positive. Anytime I did encounter an issue. Someone was there to help me right away. This Includes the customer service line as well as Corey. Went okay but with glitches
Everything went fine on my part of the application but when my wife needed to see the notary and because of some technical issues it took 2 1/2 days to resolve it. Also my wife is not tech savvy and has sight issues and when she was with the notary I was not allowed to help her in any way so we almost couldn’t complete the session. That was frustrating. This was the last step and the last thing I wanted to do was start over
